Pretty Windows Isle of Wight Review
We used Pretty Windows for a large project on our home, 18 windows and 2 doors. Could not be happier with Martin in Sales or Nathan the lead installer. In the past for previous homes we have used larger companies and had issues, this time we went with this smaller family-owned business and the experience was just better all round. Our house was built in the 1890's, so when windows come out you get to see into all the cavities, and we had a number of issues that had to be resolved there and then. They could not have been more helpful, giving us time to empty the cavities of 100+ years of junk and rubbish by moving on to other windows while we dealt with theproblems. Nathan even cut-in and foam sealed a temporary plywood windowframe cover so I could work on the worst one all weekend. The finishes were excellent and they took the time to ensure with a laser level that every window was perfectly square and level with the adjacent one, which mattered because we had georgian internal bars. Price-wise, they were not the cheapest on the Isle of Wight, but against the huge player in the double glazing market they were around £12k cheaper, and there was no hard sell from them either. It is sadly rare in this day and age to find companies who are just great to deal with from start to finish, Pretty Windows were just that for us. Thoroughly recommend them.
