Absolute joke. Still not received my Septembers subscription box 2 weeks after ordering.. messaged on Instagram and no reply messaged again and they told me to email.. sent an email with screen shot of payment 3 days ago and still no reply! I have ordered from here previously and the service was fine. Will not be ordering again and wont be recommending to anyone.

Received the item nearly 2 weeks later than their specified delivery time.
Contacted their support 3 times, but got no response, not even an acknowledgement.
The bath-bomb ended up being not very good and was overpriced.

I would give pretty suds five stars. I've never had any complaints with any of my products. I love them all and have done for a few years. I now get a monthly subscription for me and my daughter.

Amazing bath bombs& excellent value for money.

I brought the subscription box for my twin 6,yr daughters. The August bath bombs where beautiful but my girls where upset that the leaflet didn't state the scent.

Lovely bathbombs which smell gorgeous. Always a lovely surprise when they turn up. Little bit pricey compared to similar products.

Excellent value for money and fantastic quality products. No issues with skin irritation unlike other brands. Love the cones and also the fact I dont need to scrub the bath after using one. Definitely recommend you give this a whizz
