Beautiful dresses and great customer service!
We were looking for a particular style of bridesmaid dress and the one from Pretty Lavish had the best finish, cut, details and range of colours - it’s so flattering on each of us and we absolutely love it. The colour we wanted was out of stock and the Customer Service team was really quick to let us know when it was expected to come back into stock and answer questions about fit. The dresses came back into stock exactly when they said it would and when I realised that I needed to amend my order, Kiera on the Customer Service team responded really quickly, was so helpful and was super efficient in helping me resolve my issue. Thank you Kiera! We can’t wait to receive our dresses!

Fantastic Service
I have been searching for a wedding guest dress on various websites for a family wedding in July and found you in my search. Incredibly disappointed with this…
Incredibly disappointed with this company, unwearable quality for an expensive dress and poor customer service not given full refund.
I order the Keisha maxi bridesmaid dress in February for my best friends wedding in mid may. When it first arrived I tried it on for about 3 minutes to just pin it to see how much I needed to take it up (I'm 5ft2). Then I took it up a few weeks later and tried it on again. At this point I noticed the seam under the bust was coming away (appeared to be poorly finished and the seam was fraying) so I sowed this up. I then tried it on again the day before the wedding to check it matched my shoes and one of the straps came away completely from the dress at the back. Upon inspection the other strap was only holding by a thread. At this point I didn't have any sowing stuff with me because I was already at the venue and therefore wasn't able to wear the dress. To sum up dress literally falling apart (in three places) after being worn for less than 15minutes total.
Contacted customer service and got repeated AI responses for a few weeks which asked me to provide information/pictures I had already provided.
Finally spoke to a real person who advised me they wouldn't fully refund the dress despite the proof I had given of it breaking in several places and could only offer me a 40% refund "to cover cost of repairs" despite it being a bridesmaid dress I had bought for one specific day and had not been able to wear.
Very disappointing, really put a damper on a special day and terrible customer service and refund afterwards.
