I have two pressalit toilet seats which I bought together with an apartment ten years ago. In the meantime, the soft close mechanism broke and I was looking for a repair solution, which also exists for a fair price. Yet I couldn't get the caps off the seat so I called Pressalit for help. As we couldn't solve it, Pressalit sent me two brand new seats after specifically and actively investigating whether the the years warranty period had past or not, in my favour. A couple of days later, I received the seats.
This is an outstanding example of fantastic customer service and satisfaction.
