Fab service, quick delivery and we packed product. Everything was exactly as ordered. Will definitely be buying more American MREs

Extremely bad communication and contacts. Meant to be helping preppers but it was like they do not care. They sent half my order but the ones that i actually needed ... nothing. Send an email to find where your products are - automated emails. There are no other contact information, no phone, other email bounces - terrible. When you threaten to go further, only then do they respond. After a month and a half, they came back, said out of stock but if i upgrade or downgrade they can provide, I upgraded. Then nothing again. Eventually I threatend and they returned my money. Imagine I needed these products for survival. Best advice ... find somewhere else.

I got exactly what I ordered in a decent time frame. They have had issues in the past, but I stuck with them because they always got my gear to me when prompted. Their service has improved however, this time was pretty fast. The item I bought was advertised as government surplus, and to some extent used. I could find little evidence of this, the Camelback is in brand new condition, and does not smell like it has ever been used. The price was extremely competative too.

Takes weeks to deliver anything. Broken promise after promise . I didn't cancel out of pure curiosity. I don't understand how this is a viable business.

Have bought quite a few things from Preppers shop uk, from boots to equipment, and have always been happy with the product.
Normally the items a dispatched and delivered very quickly.
I have had only one issue with an order, which was dealt with quickly and professionally. Would recommend using them.

Took over a month for delivery and when I tried to assemble the item the sights snapped off. The response from Preppersshop was basically tough, we can't help you. Communication was also filtered through AI chatbox nonsense.

Love the ammo boxes. Very high quality 👌 will be ordering more in bulk in all sizes soon. Honestly great services 👌

I have brought from Preppers on several occasions, I’ve always found them to be very quick and keeping you informed about your delivery. Customer service is also very professional and friendly.

ordered and paid back in March, no acknowledgement/receipt/invoice, delivery expectations. They dont respond to emails, have no phone numbers, I think this is a MASSIVE scam business, they have no intention of posting out orders but are still taking money .DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM ,IT WILL COST YOU

Excuse after excuse.

Ordered 2 items at the end of April for delivery within 2-3 working days.
Contacted company to check order status and when I’ll receive the order was advised it’s running afew days late. Waited another week no email update, no delivery.
Contacted Preppers shop UK to enquire if order is shipped, if NOT then cancel the order and refund my money. It’s been over a week no response to my email or refund. Will be contacting my card company to resolve this.
Keep away from this scam store. They take your money and deliver you pain. I ordered from here because it was cheaper than others, it was too good to be true I rather pay extra and receive my item when the company states it will arrive.
Stay away from this scam store and save yourself a headache.

So the "preppers" have now stated that I asked for a free upgrade!!! Utter lies (kept full thread just incase this sort of bs rises up!) these "So called business folk" firstly stated, that I "had to upgrade 'at my cost! Or downgrade and I would receive a refund for the difference", under sale of goods act, it is not my fault and they accepted my money in a contractual basis..... They also state, 10-14days delivery but "may" be a little longer!!! I was more than understanding (again I KEPT full thread incase they lie AGAIN, WHICH THEY HAVE!!!). Over 2 months later I ask for money back since they will not offer upgrade as "it's not their fault".
Didn't even keep me up to date!!!!
Tell you what avoid avoid avoid, they will blame YOU and accuse YOU of being mad etc.......
Shambles of a company who doesn't know how to do business!!!!
