Awful Company
Awful Company, refuse to remove the box they installed with a previous tenant. Have been wasting my time every time I try to get them to remove it. Avoid at all costs!

I feel completely misled by Prepay…
I feel completely misled by Prepay Power.
The sales representative who came to my home assured me that I would pay less for electricity if I switched to Prepay Power. The reality has been the exact opposite. My energy usage has not changed, yet a €50 top-up lasts only 5 days. With my previous electricity supplier, I was paying significantly less for the same level of usage.
To make matters worse, when I decided to switch to another supplier, I was told that I had to repay the €200 welcome credit and pay an early termination fee. I do not remember these important conditions being clearly explained when I signed the contract.
I am extremely disappointed and regret trusting the promises made by the sales representative. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Prepay Power.

Well your staff are very polite and patient especially with a customer that being told one thing off won member of your staff and another totally different off enather and waiting for a phone call that not going to come from your website designers just change bank card details so you can have credit on your meter and trying to use the banks fob and all there steps and yet things still are not right and it says unsuccessful and trying to figure out what is what,so between prepay power and the bank both claim each others felt I am no further forward.

Hi I was dealing with Raj. I was having a problem with my keypad. He helped me fix problem. He was very patient while explaining how to fix it in a clear manner. One of the many reasons I always recommend prepay power.
