This website is a scam.
They signed me up for a membership without me realising it. I noticed that they took £50 from my bank account one day that that happened.
So I sent an email asking for a full refund and they said they can only refund 20% as I was out of the 3 days trial period, which is another lie as I cancelled my membership after 1 day. Thieves

Fraudsters - DO NOT USE.
When topping up a prepaid sim with 5 euro they enter a monthly subscription of 49 euro in the background without your approval

Do not use!
Bought some credit for my elderly father for £20 and ended up having £49 taken from my account which would have been a monthly “subscription” had I not checked once seeing the money removed.
This was NOT what I signed up for.
The company hides their “joke of a subscription” under making you agree to pay for the top up.
I have complained and have been told I cannot have my money back because It was a “three day trial” which is ridiculous and unreasonable!
All they would offer me is 20% back. Do not use!!

Absolute fraud. Paid for a £10 EE top up then day after debited £49 from my bank. I emailed them and was told my details were not on file. I’ve filed a fraud claim with my bank, avoid these at all costs absolute scumbag scammers

The top-up was delayed at first, but customer support solved the problem quickly. Thank you Stella for the help, the money is on my phone now!

I topped up only £15 and it was delivered instantly.
But was hit with a £50 subscription fee that was never mentioned to me about and tried to make me pay another £50 for the next month.
After calling them up they cancelled the subscription and only offered a %20 refund.
I would not recommend this website.

– Hidden £49 Subscription!
I tried to do a simple £5 EE top-up, but they hit me with a deceptive, hidden £49 subscription buried in shady T&Cs. When I requested a refund, customer service completely refused and hid behind nonsense excuses.
Absolute thieves—avoid this site at all costs and top up directly through your mobile provider!

I don’t care what any positive reviews say on here, I can guarantee you they’re paid for reviews. This company is a disgrace. It’s entrapment. You think you’re just doing a one time top up and all of a sudden days later they’re trying to extract £49 from your account. Luckily my bank blocked it!
Avoid them. Report them.disgusting company.

DO NOT USE. Bought £10 credit for in laws then they took £49 from account. bank refunded luckily but had to change card. The email they sent to pressure my in laws to pay was titled “Urgent: Final Notice – Update Payment in 48 Hours to Avoid Data Loss” which is complete scare tactics preying on vulnerable people.
