I just bought a Triumph Thruxton and had a lot of additional requests. Tracking down parts and a lot of extra workshop time. Jamie bike sales was amazing. So friendly, supportive, patient and full of great advice. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Jamie and the team made the purchasing experience really enjoyable although he did promise me a coffee that never materialised. Great work! Thankyou to Jamie and the team. I will be recommending Premier bikes to all my friends.

Premier Bikes will go way above and beyond. IN my experience other dealers operate a policy that " bikes sale themselves" and do very little to get a deal across the line - Not Premier bikes !

Particular thanks goes out to Darren who will literally move heave and earth to get a deal done and across the line for a benefit of ALL concerned parties.

Im more of a Ducati and Aprilia man but if I was in the market for a KTM I would be throwing my money at them.

what can I say about premier bikes well with experience whilst I recently purchased a bike I can say honestly say dealing with nigel was absolutely spot on he couldn’t do enough for me everything was handled as it should be customer care was second to none and he seemed a very genuine guy guess who this is nigel I’ll give you a clue xjr take care buddy 👍

Absolutely shocking customer service at Premier Bikes. I visited last Saturday to check out a used Yamaha XSR900 and was told it was in their Wantage warehouse, but they’d bring it to the shop the following Saturday for me to see. The staff explicitly said they don’t offer test rides on used bikes due to mileage concerns, which I accepted. They took my number and promised to call me once the bike was available to view or sit on.
Fast forward a week, no call. I drove to the shop myself to follow up, only to be told the XSR900 was there, but someone else was currently taking it for a test ride—despite their earlier claim about no test rides! I even saw the bike being wheeled out and the guy riding off. To make matters worse, the staff then said if this person doesn’t buy it, they’d call me for a test ride, but if they do buy it, they’d let me know it’s sold. They told me to wait, and after 5 hours of waiting, I got a call saying the bike was sold. Five hours wasted!
This is an absolute disgrace. The staff lied, gave contradictory information, and completely disregarded me as a customer. No communication, no accountability, just pure unprofessionalism. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and expect basic respect. I’m beyond furious and will never step foot in this dealership again.

Fantastic experience buying form Premier bikes.
I recently bought a second hand Aprillia Shiver 900. Ive wanted one for years. This was bought remotely through an independent finance company. Once purchased i got in touch and Nigel talked me through the process before my bike would be ready. The bike was MOT’d and serviced and cleaned. The bike is amazing and the experience i had from all the staff was excellent. Service could not be faulted at all. Definitely worth using premier bikes. Thank you for the positive experience guys.

Have purchased 3 new bikes from triumph oxford...excellent service...the service department are great...coolant level was slightly low,they shipped out a full bottle of coolant next day...would highly recommend this company...

Premier bike are a professional dealer for KTM and Triumph servicing cost are responsible and efficiently carried out, no wonder I travel 52 miles to get there passing my local dealer........in Stratford in Avon

Absolute conmen wanted to trade my Z800 Sugomi in as PX 9600 miles full service history bike more or less new condition and offers me 3500 going by other dealers offering between 4800 and 5000 was flabbergasted don’t mind taking a hit as we know you don’t get what you payed but come on guys stop ripping us customers of steer clear guys 👋

Brought a brand new bike in March 2021, had a warranty claim rejected so asked for the bike to be returned as not fit for purpose. The dealer after this request then said they would now cover the cost of the claim but still wanted the bike returned as purchased it for the supposed warranty back up, their offer was too late at this point and wouldn’t clear up the warranty issue. The dealer has ignored all emails sent but this comes as no surprise as I was given the brush off and ignored when on site being forced to pay a bill that I shouldn’t of had to pay. I’m a biker and love the biking community but this dealer is untrustworthy and once they have got your money they really don’t give a dam. legal action now being taken, triumph warranty is not worth anything at all and the dealer is worth a wide birth

after the response from the MD at premier I can confirm that the warranty claim knew about the optimate maintenance before rejecting the claim and they only contacted me after I left them a negative review, sad state of affairs

Great experience with premier bikes. Bought a bike off their website without seeing it. Slight issue which was quickly and fairly resolved by Andy. Decent bloke to deal with, very straight and reliable. I'd have no hesitation buying from them again. Great outfit 👌

Contacted through eBay originally looking to purchase new Triumph and trade mine in, after a bit of email tennis and speaking on the phone new bike ordered with good trade in price on mine, delivery and collection arranged to Scotland. Very happy with service.

I had spent a month searching for a Honda CB1000 R and found the best bike at a very competitive price compared to the major dealerships i had looked at .The customer service [ many thanks Stuart] and the quality of motorcycles in general is excellent.Good all round experience ,i would recommend Premier bikes of Abingdon.

I have called Permier Bikes asking for quote for big service for my KTM Superduke 1290 GT in Dec 2020. Was nicely surprised with polite and professional response. I got the quote on the phone - including additional work. It took about 15 mins and I booked the visit. The price was very competitive comparing to other KTM service centre quoting about £1000 for the same work. I dropped my bike to Premier Bikes on arranged day. They completed the job in full and on time for pre-agreed bike collection. No fuss, no discussions, no hassle - just do as agreed. Really nice indeed. I received timely, professional service in very competitive price with courtesy bike included. Recommended.
