This company is really great. They helped me out and made filing taxes easy for me.

Listen, I found myself desperate in a situation I put myself in. I didn't know what to do. Precision tax got me out of the bad predicament that could have ruin me. You know like on the game shows where you need a life line to win well, Clarisa Campbell gave me just that.

The team was the only service which took time to apply strategy for my case. Strategy changed due to my individual circumstances and tge team evolved in conjuction which resulted in a resolution.

I had a large and somewhat complicated tax issue the I had tried to resolve with the IRS. I had spent hours on the phone and in person at the IRS office and still could not get them to agree on the amount owed.
Precision Tax was able to get me a fair settlement in a efficient and cost affective manner.

From the first call I felt I was being treated like a human being, with empathy and understanding. Once Josiah took over my account I actually felt like family, as he graciously accomodated various personal issues and made the whole process painless and smooth. He and PTR worked out a convenient payment plan which is running smoothly and has lifted a huge amount of stress from my shoulders. I'm looking forward to engaging PTR on a regular basis for all my bookkeeping needs.

The staff is prompt, polite and professional. Everyone's competency gave me a confidence and comfort that made the best of a bad situation. Precision Tax was as helpful as any one could be. Signing over to them as representative to help negotiate for us ultimately eliminated our tax debt, We thought we would never get rid of the tax burden. No way we could have ever negotiated ourselves & end up with the outcome we got. Precision is a very well ran company with top notch services. I wish we would have tried them 1st. You will never find better ran tax company start to finish. We had very long trust fund business tax issues that was very delicate. thank goodness we found Precision. There was another woman on the case, my tax preparer, who did a pretty good job. She was thorough but very hard to reach and did miss a decently sized thing that could have saved me a good amount. But to be fair she also caught a lot that my previous accountant did not.

In the beginning, I was misquoted (in my favor) and the business owner Gene honored that agreement. I highly appreciate that too.

I had been struggling with issues with back taxes for years, I had tried refilng and working with other companies to help me with these problems and they could never just close the deal.
I happened across Precsion Tax, very helpful with explaining different types of things they would do to work through the myriad of issues i had.
They help me choose a route that was right for me, with specific details on what I needed to provide them with as far as paperwork goes.
Once everything was complete they monitored everything with the IRS.
