No response after issues with recent order
I've used this company many times over the last 5 or 6 years. I've spent probably $4000-$5000. I've never had issues with this company. They used to be based in Canada and items were shipped fast. Now as of last year they are based out of the USA. Maybe a US company bought them. Now items take forever to get here and shipping is very expensive plus we now have to pay crazy high duties as well. I'm my last order the ink my magenta pc-42 ink was actually photo magenta. All of my prints that had red were coming out orange. I ended up filling up six magenta cartridges with the wrong ink. I thought there were issues with my printers and cartridges. Then I borrowed a friend 's magenta ink from precision inks and that's when I noticed mine was filled with the wrong ink. I was kind of upset because I had to flush out six cartridges. It took a lot of time. But whatever. I messaged them about this and they never even responded back to me. I understand mistakes can happen and I didn't really care. I just want it a replacement ink and I would have been happy. So now after getting no response back I'm just going to order elsewhere. It's pretty bad customer service if they can't even send a replacement for their mistakes especially after all the money I spent on this company. I ordered ink from Ink Owl and Inkpot.ca ( A Canadian company ) and see how they are as a possible replacement for Precision Color. If they fix this I'll possibly change my review.
