I’m waiting for a refund on an item I returned a month ago. I’ve emailed, called and sent a Facebook message several times and never receive a reply. I’m still getting inundated with marketing emails though!!

I Ordered two items on their website for my granddaughter on 22nd October they said they would be 3 to 5 working days have not received them and tried to contact them via email and phone with no response they have taken my money so now I will be contacting trading standards and my bank.

Only given one star as you can't give zero. Two weeks since my order was placed and they took my money. Absolutely nothing since... no updates, no tracking, no response to my various messages - I think this site must be a scam

Well, actually there is no update... big fat NOTHING delivered, did eventually get a response by email (after leaving bad review for both Precious Little One and The Pud Store, who own PLO) offering a refund but I think you have already guessed... NOTHING. Clearly there is no intention to refund me.

Ordered twice from them 1st order took awhile to arrive after I complained they gave me a £20 voucher as a goodwill gesture so I thought I would give them another chance. Ordered again after 3 weeks still no sign of order tracking said couldn’t find order so again I contacted them so I asked for a refund. I did use the £20 voucher for this purchase, I got my money back less the voucher but not really any apology they weren’t bothered at all about the disappointment. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company. As a childcarer and grandmother it isn’t the way forward in running a nursery business

SHOCKING !!!! - Absolute disgrace - ordered an item £120 money taken from the account immediately, never received the order. Despite many many emails received no response and no refund

been into store today to purchase some toys for Christmas, was served by a lady called jannaya she was so polite and helpfull i would recommend to anyone to use this shop for baby essentials and oher things.

Ordered a high chair two weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. No response from customer services or any update on my order. Suspect this is a scam so I will be reporting to trading standards today. Shame on you exploiting new parents. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE.

Update 29/11:

Still no order received. Just received a vague email from “pud team” saying there are delays with the supplier but no indication of when the product may arrive or an offer of a refund. I just want my money back now and will never make the mistake of ordering from these cowboys again. The excellent and good reviews on here are clearly fake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an item online, paid and the payment left my bank. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or an order number, I did however receive an email later on that night from this company saying that the payment was not complete and I’d need to pay again, which obviously was not correct as the payment had left my bank. Tried contacting their customer services various ways (email, Facebook, telephone) and was ignored on every single one. Now had to raise a dispute through PayPal which is probably going to take forever to resolve. Shocking customer service.
