Order arrived a month after placing it
Placed an order on 14 December, paid extra for 24 hour tracked delivery, package did not arrive until 12th January.
Contacted to query the order around a week after ordering and was told that it was delayed due to royal mail being busy at Christmas despite it being 24 hour tracked delivery.

I can see from checking the tracking number of your parcel that the package never arrived due to an error with the address you inputted please check the address you entered and please check your tracking information to see the issues with the package arriving on royal mails behalf. Ordered the speedosniffers package for my mum, noticed after a week it hadn't arrived but the customer service team explained there had been issues with royal mail which i had seen on the news myself. They notified me to say it had been despatched with next day delivery and it arrived the next day. Absolutely brilliant 😂 my mums usual postie had to hand it to her personally as she also had a parcel too big for the letterbox and she didn't know what to do so had to call my dad for help who told her to just open it 😂😂😂 well worth the money for all the giggles it caused. My ribs hurt from the phone conversation i had with her 😂😂😂

Package never sent. Can’t contact company.
Ordered a ‘Panty Sniffer’ Prank Package to be sent to a friend on 15th February. Confirmation said this would be dispatched by Royal Mail within 24 hours. Package has never been sent. Have tried contacting the company using 2 different email addresses I found on their website. I got a reply from one instantly saying the email address was out of use. The other email took about 24 hours to get the same response. A Facebook messenger link pops up on the website but I don’t have Facebook so can’t contact them this way. The only confirmation you get is a text, no email. Very unprofessional and I’m beginning to suspect fraudulent company. Luckily I paid on a credit card so will try and reclaim my money that way.
My advice? Do not buy from this company. They may be a bit cheaper than the other prank package companies but I think that’s probably for a reason. Pay a bit more and use someone else.
