Package arrived damaged
Package arrived damaged - not the companies fault. But no support offered by the company to resolve, a replacement would take at least a week so I declined and item will only be refunded several days after it is received back!
Shame as this was supposed to be a birthday gift - now I have to wait home for a day for dpd to collect, a week for a refund and order another playhouse which won’t arrive intime.
Oh and their customer service phone lines are often closed during opening hours too - so it is challenging to speak to anyone - avoid!

Box was damaged
The balance bike box was damaged - no outer box to protect the gift. They offered to refund the postage only, even after I sent them photos of the box and the doorbell camera. Disappointed by the lack of packaging - no time to return online then receive a new one so had to accept the tiny refund

Ordered my product when it arrived it looked like it had been kicked arround in a back of van then then seleotaped back up .As this was a present as well Not impressed . Called the line and got told to contact another department whi ch you can not get through to it that difficult and apps that do not work correctly
