My experience started off well in the first year, though there were some minor issues. After renewing my subscription for another year, everything changed for the worse. Just three months into the renewal period, in late November, the company suddenly migrated and upgraded their servers without providing any prior notice.

This abrupt change caused significant permission issues on their end, leading to persistent 403 errors. The core functionality of my website was disrupted, as WP_Cron could no longer run effectively. Despite these critical problems, their support team dismissed the matter as a "minor issue" and made no effort to resolve it. As a customer, there was nothing I could do to fix it on my end.

When I requested a refund or even a partial compensation for the financial loss and negative feedback from my userbase, they refused. Their lack of accountability and complete disregard for customer impact was disheartening. This level of neglect failing to provide notice for major server migrations and then refusing to address the resulting issues feels not just unprofessional but borderline exploitative.

For such major changes, customers should receive at least one month of advance notice. And if these actions result in disruptions, the company should take responsibility and provide appropriate compensation. Failing to do so suggests they care more about revenue than their customers' satisfaction or trust.

I have since moved to HimalayanHost, which offers more features at a lower price. My experience with them so far has been much better.
