I must admit I done LVAP course at York last year and I did not enjoy it one bit, I found the tutor very rude, arrogant and condescending and did not really teach you! I have now just re-taken my course at the Slough establishment and I must say what a absolute difference it was. The 2 x tutors were much much more engaging and were very good at teaching you, in their words, there is no such thing as a dumb question! I can not recommend high enough that you should choose Slough rather than York. When I left my course at Slough I felt more confident in my abilities as a LVAP, when I left York last year I felt dejected and ripped off.

Had the pleasure of being trained this week on the HVAP course. Steve Danbydelivered the course with the superb blend of real industry experience, and expert delivery and pace. All questions were patiently answered and guidance throughout the course was exemplary, leading to a truly outstanding experience. Thanks for your Help Steve, let's hope you deliver the next course I need to sit at PPL.

My experience was brilliant. I attended an electrical City & Guilds course with very little experience of electrics. The course was laid out in a manner whereby each day fed into the next. The content was understandable, relatable (to your workplace) and fun. It was a mix of classroom theory and practical application, which broke up the learning in a digestive way. I would highly recommend PPL for professional courses, especially the Mechanical to Electrical conversion course.
P S. - Ask for Richard as the tutor, because his teaching style is brilliantly knowledgeable, fun and helps you relax 😊

I've only visited PPL through work, 6 Courses with different instructors, on different sites and all the training has been superb. Course content is adequate without goining outside of whats required, breaks are at sensible intervals and instructors are knoweldgeable
