I ordered a very expensive Good Omens Funko and I never received the product or the refund. During about two months I've send and receive many many mails from them promising me I'll receive my refund but that never happened.
Then suddenly the web disappeared with all the people and chances to get my money back. I've payed with PayPal and they didn't wanted to help me because 1- there's not enough prove. 2- that's "long ago".
I'm really mad and disappointed. More when I see that platforms as Amazon still selling their "protectors".
Now I can see here how many many people have exactly the same problem and that's makes me even more furious.

Zero stars is better.
I already wrote a review in June and it's gone so here we go again.
Oct 2023 I ordered (yes like many) the Good Omens funko pops.
Now by Sept 2024 didn't receive a refund or a funko pop.
When you email, you will get a response with the most lame excuses: we don't work in the weekends, so on Monday you will get the refund, the order is still getting processed.
Now the site is gone, my track and trace is gone, my order number is gone and still nothing.

In the last email it says that they are committed to provide honest and reliable service to all their customers... right.... scammers

Really bad, wanted to pre-order something, but did not get this on the expected date, asked them each time and they kept delaying the shipment. After awhile I just wanted a refund since it took to long, they agreed, but now I've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now. I'm just very done with these people, since they are now even ignoring me and I still do not have the refund back... Never buy here!

Total scam. Never delivered and now website gone.

Placed an order in January of 2022. Two preorders actually…. Multiple emails were sent to their company requesting updates. They kept indicating that “they spoke to funko” and that shipment was delayed and that they weren’t going to be receiving them until a few months out. After Covid and manufactures having to get things back in order - I believed them. It’s now July of 2024. I missed my chance with PayPal to submit a ticket a long time ago and have been trying to work things out with the company but there has been no cancellations and no refunds. Now I see that they have changed the name of their company and their website no longer functions. Despicable company.

I ordered something in august of 2023, I was patiently waiting for it to get restocked but it never did and the company rescheduled. So when I couldn’t get on the side I panicked and tried to get a refund. They seemed very helpful at first with respectable response time but after a while they kept “forgetting” about my update. Now I’ve waited for 2 months and still no update and no refund.

I have been nothing but patient. I ordered like many here the preorder of the Good Omens funko pops which kept getting rescheduled and rescheduled. I wrote many emails asking for dates of a possible restock or availability, only to be met with Emails that promised to contact me the next day and they never did. I finally asked for a refund after MONTHS of the same thing and they kept telling me that it usually took some time for it to be processed. It was "escalated" and someone answered me saying that it should take 3-5 business days, TWO times. So far, it has been a month and no refund, no more replies to my Emails and there is nothing else I can do. Absolutely disgusting and anxiety and anger inducing experience. Do yourself a favor, and do not buy anything from here. You will lose your money and time.

Absolutely terrible customer service and a total sham.

I order from them in December 2023 (yes the same good omens funko pop as everyone else), and up until June 2024 all I’ve received are empty promises that the shipment is being processed.

I of course gave up all hope and asked them to refund my order, and again they’ve taken no step towards it. I paid international shipping on top of the product price and wasted a total of £109 on this scam of a site.

They keep replying to emails, but it amounts to absolutely nothing. Totally astounded by their irreverent attitude and utter lack of professionalism.

Please refrain from ordering from this site.

Made an order back in July 2022 and still have not recieved my order. Many times have I contancted them and now I am just being ignored.

I knew that it would take a while because it’s an international order, but the lack of *useful* information made that wait seem even longer. The website says orders usually process in one business day, then ships out in another 2-3. 3 business days pass, and no tracking. Hasn’t been shipped out yet. A few days later, still no tracking. Contacted them, and they respond with a tracking number. That tracking number turned out not to work. They said to wait a couple days before it gets into the system. About a week later, tracking still does not work. At that point, I contact them asking for a refund because to my knowledge, it still might not even be in transit because there’s literally no accountability method to check that it is. Not to mention their website was down when I checked to see if they have a shipping turnaround window. They respond saying I should receive it within a week. The next day, it comes in the mail.

Yeah, it’s great that it got to me in a reasonable amount of time, but not having any form of assurance throughout the process is not a good customer experience. They knew that it was about to get to me, so they just have given me a faulty tracking # or have another way of tracking it that they could’ve shared with me after any of my emails. They also could’ve sent an email to all of their open orders or all of their customers in general that their site will be down. For all I knew, they were scamming me out of my money.

Avoid at all costs, string you along with emails.
Will never use them again

Ordered March 17. Even after requesting several times for a tracking code, after several months, I still did not receive anything. No code and no goods.
April 17 they said that the parcel came back to them and they would ship it out again. As of today, May 18, still not received a tracking code and/or parcel.
Avoid this seller. In the past I had never problems with them, but apparently times change and they make lots of promises, but you receive nothing at all.
Update May 23: Website now renamed to flashback.toys

Ordered from this website based on a friends recommendation. I was able to find everything I was looking for! There was a delay in delivery but their customer service team were very helpful and kept me updated! Will definitely use you guys again!

I have not received my order and have not even received tracking information after multiple inquiries. I keep on getting the run-around about when my order will be fulfilled and it is very disheartening.

Very happy with purchase and experience. Dorbz protectors fit and look great.

Ordered a 10inch pop protector last August, still waiting for it. Saying not in stock. No cancelation or refund yet. Have emailed so many times but no reply. Have shopped with them before with no problems but this time the service is so bad, Would never buy again.

Scammer. I bought the Good Omens pop back in September 2023 and didn’t receive anything in Jan 2024. I tried to email them but all the replies felt like I’m talking to a robot. They kept saying they understand the situation but nothing is resolved. I had to contact PayPal to get my money back. I don’t understand why this kind of company can still operate.

I wish that I could give zero stars. I too, was one of the people to preorder the good omens 2 pack and now, lo and behold the website has now disappeared.

A preorder that was never received, yet they were so eager to take the money, with no updates for months and months.

I keep getting emails from the owner telling me to be patient and my refund will be coming and yet nothing appears. Also if you are closed, stop sending me emails that state that you will be sorting things out on Monday. It never happens.

I am raising this with my bank and reporting this company to trading standards and I implore you to do the same.

Edit: The website has returned and I am currently in the process of getting a refund and I will update this to a two star if that ever happens. Still do not recommend.
