N&B - Powertool Supplies Reviews 

I placed my order on a Saturday evening and it arrived Tuesday. In that respect no complaints. Only niggle was that they sent the 'dispatched' e-mail about 10 minutes after it was delivered which could have been a problem if none was home! All good though really.

Surprised about the negative feedback and almost did not use them as one said the customer service was awful. Well, not in my experience. Have just used them for the first time. Called first to ensure the item was in stock. At least £59.00 cheaper than the best deal I could find elsewhere. They answered the phone in 5 or 6 rings. Confirmed the item was in stock. I also looked them up on Google Maps and could see their premises, so felt more assured. I ordered on the Monday, it was sent out by Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday afternoon having been given a 1 hour delivery slot by DPD. I had at least 6 emails updating me on progress. Which is why I am now taking the time to write about my experience. So having tested them out, I'm now about to put in another order. Many Thanks.

I ordered a cutout switch for a Draper saw on 05/10/17 and it still hasn’t arrived. I tied phoning several times but each time a recorded message indicated that all operators were busy. I completed contact forms several times but never received a response. I have never experienced such poor quality service.

Have used this company for Festool machnery on a number of occasions.
Fast delivery every time and very helpful customer services and advice.
No hesitation in recommending

Went to the Powertool Supplies website (Nuts & Bolts Ltd) after noticing the lower (more approachable) prices on Festool kit as opposed to other online and in-store retailers. Having used their website to produce my 'shopping list' I used their excellent on site live chat service to check a few things about my order before committing.

The customer service has been clear and helpful across the board, right down to the timely processing of a Festool promotional voucher that I sent them. In stock items were shipped straight away and I was kept informed as to how the rest of my order was proceeding.

Packaging was for the most part excellent and I will definitely be using them again as and when I need to extend my workshop capabilities!

I've bought a number of festool tools from this company in the past and the service has always been excellent from start to finish.

I Have used this company twice on both occasions to buy Festool gear. and there is no getting away from it they are the cheapest out there. but you have to ask yourself why they only have 2 ratings and FFX a similar supplier only a bit more expensive has thousands. The reason is the customer service is lacking...
Order 1 :
Ordered a Systainer and insert on next day delivery, 2 days later and no despatch I rang, excuse was "Systainer in stock but no Insert, we are waiting for stock" ok fair enough waited another week and no despatch rang again "oh dear can see your order don't know why it has not been despatched" we will despatch today 3 days later arrived.

Order 2 :
Needed a Router Collet urgent and some other router related bits not so urgent so rang first to check stock of Collet. "Yes we have that item in stock but not the other stuff" that's good I said If I make the order will you post the collet today and the rest when in stock? "Sure no problem will look out for your order" Made order 3 days later nothing. Rang back well all your order is waiting delivery because its not in stock So I relayed the story re the collet "Who did you speak too" no Idea I said well the item is not in stock and is nota stock item "who did you speak to?" or dear didn't realise I had to take the details of everyone I spoke to in order to prove I am not a liar ???????????

Cancelled my order and paid a premium to get what I wanted.
Overall Verdict Cheap yes but now you know why Cr@p service

I had been looking for this saw for some time.
The kit prices here were about twenty pounds cheaper, but I ordered the parts separately and saved even more.
Delivery times were also excellent.
Very happy with the service

Was dubious at first as there prices are far lower than everywhere else and there are no reviews of them yet. Order arrived the next day (free delivery). Excellent service.
