Hmm, not good

Hmm, not good I'm afraid. This feels like another example of a so called UK business resting on its laurels. This is the first time I've purchased from them and unfortunately for PSW, it'll be the last time from me. Happy to take your order, but provide no feedback as to why the item was taking too long to get to me. How can China send stuff to the UK within 5 to 8 days, yet PSW took a total of 15 days (not working days).

A simple acknowledgement to the effect of 'I'm sorry for the delay...' blah, blah,

Jeez, make something up but at least let me know what's happening! I don't have a chuffing crystal ball, you know!!

I could have made the item myself. I live in Leicestershire and your business address is in Wales.

Ah, don't tell me. You're an intermediary business who buys from China 🇨🇳 🙄 🤣 and redistributes with your own 'middle man' mark up...
