Very easy to deal with. Friendly and prompt customer care, answered in an hour (there was a small issue with my payment, but it was my bank). Got an (unexpected) welcome gift as a new customer. Products arrived well packaged.

Paid for the product, it never arrived.

No response from the sellers using the emails given on their website.

Order never arrived! Tom who replied to my email claims that this is rare and they have thousands of happy customers, clearly not not according to Trustpilot.

Fake product- order did arrive and quickly but it's fake. Rush products don't have red cap and the bottom is labeled.

I have had similar experiences to others who have posted on here from a UK perspective as been using Power Poppers for years and never had an issue. Orders arrive in a timely manner, all products are sealed and they are the legitimate product and Tom at the company has emailed me with discounts in the past which have been used and gratefully received and I have recommended them to various friends and we have all had good experiences with them so I would definitely recommend them . I think they are a great company .

Using this business for a number of years and ordered recently to receive a good service. I think it deserves a good recent review.

company is an absolute rip-off no tracking information provided and package was never received or sent. These people out to steal your money look out

Tom has now contacted me and power popers has now refunded me for the first order that was lost. They do have to start using tracking numbers for orders to the U.S It's the U.S. postal service that loses shipments and could care less about it if you don't have a tracking number. I'm still waiting the second shipment & rely go after the U.S. P.S. about the way they handle shipments from power poppers. How the U.S.P.S. could lose two shipments from the same company is beyond me

I paid about 180 euro. They did not send my orders. They didn't repay my money. They did not answer any of my e-mails. I want to make a phone call but there is no phone number. No fax number. I want to complain. I will be glad if you help me.

I've bought genuine poppers from them in the past, several years ago so I hoped to get real Jungle Juice this time too. Nope, unfortunately I've received a fake product. How do I know? The poor printing on the bottle wrappers. They're counterfeit and judging by the quality of wrappers, from China. I won't use it because goodness knows what it is. I'm *very* disappointed. What a waste of money.

11.12.18 - Nope! Not a lot of options in the U.S. My 4pack arrived about 1 1/2 weeks directly from China (to California). If you have ever cleaned with "authentic" Rush, you know how effective it is. If you are still trying to clean with a 3 week old bottle of "authentic" Rush, you know it doesn't clean as well. My 4 pack (from this website) is equivalent to a 4 week old open bottle of "Authentic" Rush. If that works for you, then this is a great source. If you like the cleaning power of real "authentic" Rush, You will not find it here. Sorry you 5 Star people... But (I know Rush) what I received is totally fake... And even as a counterfeit , you might as well clean with Windex. Coming back to this review. Maybe too mean. Well no... it's accurate. Try and compare.

Like Matt D below I’ve been using this company for years. The products are all genuine, arrive sealed in original packaging, the price is great and delivery never takes longer than a week to the U.K. (They incidentally are based in the Czech Republic). Customer service (via email) has always been prompt.

It’s not unusual for people to have a range of opinions about a company and therefore a spread of reviews. The number of one star reviews here (often from people who have only ever submitted a single review of anything) makes me wonder, however, if there isn’t an organised “hit” going on by a competitor.

I would recommend them to anyone and use them again myself. Without reservation.

Came from Eastern Europe. Didnt send poppers. Just dishwater acid-kind of liquid. Rip-off. DO NOT USE.

Not the original brand, no distinct difference between one or the other. In fact, I'd presume that all of the bottles were filled with the same thing. There was little or no effect. Would never buy from this company again

I originally had a problem with my first shipment, however, they were actually very graceful and re-sent my shipment and made sure everything was perfect with the order. Things happen in the real world, but they made everything right. thanks!

I have used this company for some time and have always been pleased with the service received ! I have had good communications with them and any problems (very few ) have been promptly rectified ! The product is good , service is good , would recommend with no hesitation .

I had read so many great things about the poppers from the old days and how they lasted so much longer and were stronger, but since then had been banned from selling in the US, one had to buy outside the country. I found powerpoppers online and unfortunately didn't do my research before I put $70 down on a few bottles of platinum jungle juice from powerpoppers.com.

It took about 4 weeks to receive and came from China, I thought I was buying from Europe. I probably would not have cared except that they are awful. Not anywhere near as strong as the jungle juice I have bought at the local shops. They made me feel out of it for a long time, in addition to a horrific headache that lasted a day. Hopefully you are reading this review before you buy the stuff. Not worth a dime and a total waste of money.

Package arrived OK. I was skeptical as i remember poppers from the past! These are nice quality, might be different to what i remember, but nice anyway. The website was real easy to navigate, emails got answered quick and the whole process was easy. I had fun....LOL

My wife and I have never used poppers before. An interesting experience. I received a discount coupon via a friend so was interested to try. Package was a little late, but arrived without fuss (discreetly packaged). Customer service was good, products worked well!! Not sure I will be a regular, more occasional, purchaser but I will return to powerpoppers when and if needed. Recommended.
