The PoweMax guys were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.They changed out my old mechanical hard drives for Solid State drives. The computer is much faster and the hard drives are not singing like they did before. If you have an Old mac and want to continue to enjoy the machine you are comfortable on, for years to come, you have to go see these guys. The price was excellent, the service was excellent and the people were a great bunch of folks.

They increased the RAM on my Macbook Pro. Fast and easy. Very happy.

I traded in four Apple products and bought two.
The trade-in became complicated because of mistakes I made with Apple I.D. Thanks to an incredible technician and his patience we were able to work through these issues. The new products I wanted were readily available and all of the staff helped me at every turn. I will continue to trade and shop here and recommend Powermax enthusiastically.

We buy all our computer equipment here. Between their great prices, free shipping (over $100) and no sales tax in Oregon, the savings can be substantial. On top of that, they came through big time when I was in a spot on a job in Puerto Rico and no one wanted to ship there. After a brief chat on the phone with the salesperson they sent me what I needed and all was well. We highly recommend them.

Delivery was scheduled via UPS Ground and took only two days - that's impressive. Ordering was easy-peasy. I recommend Powermax to any interested Mac purchasers.

This is my second time purchasing a new iMac from PowerMax and Honor. She is very helpful and has a great knowledge of all things Apple related. I just ordered a custom iMac and PowerMax was able to configure it and ship it out the same day that I ordered it. Outstanding. I get all of my Mac's from PowerMax and you should too.

All went well wonderful communication.
That being said was first for me when on the unboxing of iPad it bricked after 2 hours. Apple support fixed problem,and all is working.
I did get some misinformation however that if the tablet was a lemon I could exchange at an Apple Store which according to Apple is not true.
But nota needed either,I also understand I will not be able to buy Apple Care from you as would need to go to your store,living here in Florida in not an option.Apple will allow to buy through them so no problem.

Convenient retail location, excellent customer service from both Warehouse and Retail store, friendly and helpful staff, & the repair pricing worked for us. Because we owned a vintage MacBook Air, the Apple Store at Bridgeport recommended Powermax to assist us in figuring out the problem and finding the part to fix our laptop. Though our situation required a couple of weeks for a special part, we left happy with a fully functional laptop. It's comforting to know that such a store for our vintage Apple products exist nearby, versus having to mail the device out of state for repair or having to order a part from an unknown source & possibly dealing with a return. Here at Powermax, with knowledgeable staff present to test solutions, we knew instantly what didn't work and what worked for us to decide our next step.

Not only was the buying experience top notch , the prices better then the
"big fruit store " . Katie my sale person did an A+ job taking care of my needs with a smile on her face and a great sense of humor without the impersonal rotten apple taste in my mouth of the big fruit store experience . I traveled 1200 miles just to come to Powermax and would do it again ! These guys ROCK !!! Max the sasquatch stomps the compilation! So do yourself a favor and check out Power max . The title says it all. I paid for a working computer, I got a working computer.
They emailed and called to make sure I was aware of what I was getting and I am very happy to recommend and personally purchase from them again.
