Untrustworthy, poor management and aggressive director. Company and people within the company handled all issues poorly and refused to train and assist staff to be able to achieve. Do not work for them, do not fall for the false promises.

Don't just take their word. Their word is false The management of this company is completely unprofessional. Here are several reasons why: 1.they delay payments to their business partners for over.6 month 2.they don't know the difference in different type of documentation - between pallet note and DPL note 3. when you come to the meetings to discuss current company issues you can hear from management - "why do I have to come to this meeting, better focus on other things that actiually bring money" and suggestion to work with this issues and "find creative way" 4. say during exit interview that performance was excellent, but after charge for nearly half salary without prior informing. If you are potential employee or a business partner - stay away. This is not reliable company

Completely failed. Well as the title says you can take it they didn’t do a very good job, initially they seemed ok, I had cargo going to Italy, gave them all the details for myself and my client, then the problems started, despite being told multiple times I have a different trading address, they sent the courier to the wrong one, eventually collected 5 days late, with a few excuses thrown in. I then forgot about it, passed the info onto my client to say it’s on the way, to my surprise, a few weeks later, I received a message saying the consignment had not yet arrived, after countless emails with various employees of these charlatans, weeks had passed with still no delivery, I had various excuses ranging from its stuck in customs, and you gave us the wrong address and phone number, all of which were proven false, eventually my client gave up and arranged collection himself at his own expense, their response was the usual, it’s not our fault, I then complained several times and got nothing but excuses, and a promise of £100 off the next job!! Honestly, if you use this company you do so at your own risk, the only reason I haven’t taken these to small claims is my client decided against further action, but I myself may still take it forward, just to show them you cannot treat people this way and expect to get away with it, you have been warned

Please everyone don't trust those scammers they get details and fraud money on company house and your name I have all proof those people scammers don't trying nothing with them

I contacted a few companies to ship a mini excavator and dump truck from China to Scotland. Powercargo responded and gave me best price and had a contact in China that reassured me that this supplier was genuine. We used powercargo for our first exports and they were returned at great expense. We have since used other freight forwarders, and with the benefit of hindsight+more experience in the space don't think we received good advice.
