Laughable and desperate
I first heard about Pound Gates after my removals company inflicted £8.5k worth of damage to my furniture.
Point Gates emailed me out of blue, admitting their client's liability, but claiming I would only be reimbursed £200 due to the fact that I hadn't signed their terms and conditions.
They were correct that I hadn't signed any terms and conditions, because I hadn't been sent any.
Pound Gates then went on to provide evidence I had, except it wasn't for the same move, it was for one that took place over a year before.
They've gone quiet since and have not responded to my further two emails.
Sheer incompetence.
