They been taking 1400kr monthly through automatic payment service, even tho its suppose to be 180kr for one lottery ticket.
The maximum lottery ticket per month you can subscribe to is 3 tickets, which would cost 540kr monthly.
I see also in Swedish newspaper that many others have reported this company to Swedish Consumer Agency.
So if you thinking about subscribing, keep an eye on your bank account as they might try to steal your money.
[edit] I am going to report this company to Konsumentverket as they intentionally taking more money out of my pocket, more than it is even possible to subscribe for.

Yes, I know I can, but if I hadn't asked the ATM for a receipt (like a mini receipt that shows the last transactions), I would not have realized like almost 1000kr MORE than highest subscription would have been taken out from you guys each month without my knowledge.
And thats been going on for months!

Spamming after you unsubscribe from their service
Its all fun until you decide to opt out. Then they will send you postcards if you want to subscribe again. And recently I have discovered they will tell your number to LeadDesk Ab which will spam you with phone calls.
Postkodlotteriet please understand you are not essential service, once people opt out, please dont disturb them in any form.

Great customer service!
Despite the bad score on Trustpilot, I had a positive experience with customer service. I contacted them by mail and they (Alisha) solved my issue quiet fast without any hiccups. :)
my case:
I only wanted to subscribe to their lottery during november/december month (Christmas/New year-thing).
I had forgotten to unsubscribe before the 2023-01-03 and they withdrew money from my account. I contacted them by 2023-01-05 that i wanted to cancel it. It was resolved a few hours later the 2023-01-06, where they unsubcribed me and started the process of refunding me, for the period that had been witdrawn, which I wanted to cancel.
The customer service (Alisha) gets a A+ from me and I feel safe to subscribe again next christmas season. :)
Remember - most often, people only write bad reviews on trustpilot, when they had a bad experience. When the issue is resolved by customer service, the review is often not configured. Also most people who have had a good experience, for the most part doesn't take their time out of their day to write a positive review. The negative review can therefor be "a little" mispresented.
Anyways they seem trustworthy for me.
