Expensive for what it is, only a poster and still need to purchase a mount and frame. Nice idea and present but on reflection not worth money.

Very pleased not only with the final product but also the customer service. I had made a mistake on my original design. Cassie was very accommodating and offered a good solution to solve the issue. There was actually a small (and understandable) issue with the replacement but Cassie took full accountability and resolved very quickly.

Saw some reviews saying theirs never shipped. I ordered mine just 5 days before I was going to give it to my girlfriend and I got it in 3. And I I only got standard shipping. Fantastic service very happy with how the star map looks:)

I am not one to ever write reviews (good or bad), but I felt the need to write this one. I saw there were mixed reviews for this website and I was hesitant at first to place my order. However, I am SO happy that I trusted the good ones because my experience was great. The website was simple to navigate and the product I ordered arrived on time and was beautiful! Poster was ordered on a Friday morning and expected delivery said 1-2 working days. After it had not arrived on Wednesday (I needed it for Saturday) I emailed and spoke to Cassie who said she would send a replacement in the post if I did not receive it the following morning. Following evening I get in from work, no parcel. I email and they’ve stopped replying to my emails! £22.50 for a bit of A4 and it hasn’t even arrived!! Scam! I’ll be contacting the bank and claiming the money back.

Boubht 3 posters ordered on Wednesday and they arrived Friday so pleased they arrived quickly would defo order again.

I ordered a package the 26 sep and didn't receive it so I contacted posterhaste and told them my problem, all they told me was to wait because it could take up to 15 working days for the package to arrive (I wasn't able to track the package either). I waited and didn't receive anything so I contacted them again the 18 oct and was told a new package would be sent and they were sorry, it's now the 21 nov. and I still haven't received any package.

Quick delivery but I paid £20 for an A4 bit of paper with stick men on.
I could of drawn it myself. Definitely not worth the money very disappointed

Really excellent company. I received my order quickly and efficiently and needed some after sales help which was dealt with promptly and effectively by Cassie. Really good customer service and I would not hestitate to use again or recommend. I was really impressed.

Embarrassed to give this to my wife really not the gift I was expecting to give her for our anniversary. Poor quality frames really not worth £40... very disappointed

I could not begin to express how excellent my service was with this company. I ordered a picture Wednesday morning and received it just in time for a wedding shower I am going to on Sunday! The tracking was 100% accurate and I received updates all the way! If you’re thinking of a great unique gift this place is absolutely the way to go!
