Amazing customer service!
DPD were having issues delivering to my address and things were getting frustrating, but the company really stepped up. They sorted the problems with DPD quickly, the replacement arrived super fast, and they refunded my previous order without any hassle. Overall, I’m really impressed – amazing customer service, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I had placed an order with the envelopes side of the company, and through no fault of Postal Packaging, the courier completely messed up and despite lots of effort, the parcel was never delivered. However, Jess and Kelly were hugely helpful, doing everything they could to get it sorted, and even volunteered and arranged to order in and specially stock the products I order regularly to make the process smoother in the future. The products themselves are good quality and good value, and there is lots of range, but the main takeaway here is that the customer service phone answered on the first ring, and we all know how rare that is!

I ordered the wrong size because I am an idiot. These guys accepted my return and got my replacement out in a timely fashion. You can buy with confidence.

Really easy process to order some custom printed envelopes, James was so helpful and answered all my questions. The envelopes arrived on time and are really great quality, wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

Unfortunately my order arrived damaged but after emailing the issue over to the company I received a quick response from Jess who was able to fix the problem in minutes, thanks so much jess, fantastic customer service, will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Don't buy from these people! They takes ages to sort and arrange an exchange! Not also they don't pay enough postage. That the customer get whacked with the postage that cost more the products themselves!!! Its disgusting!

Had a slight problem with an order in terms of mis-understanding the description but this was quickly resolved and I am very happy with the service I received.
