Dreadful service from Porsche

Have had a Porsche design titanium pen that was an extremely welcome gift until a small but integral plastic swivel nib retraction mechanism failed. Reached out with full product details and was just utterly fobbed off by appalling and frankly disgraceful lack of customer service by Porsche. Before binning my once prized P’3120 pen I thankfully contacted studio pens who sourced the part that should have been provided under warranty.for a pittance.
I’ve driven several Porsche vehicles and now having experienced the absolute lack of brand ethos and ethics I will not further partake. Without an apology for diabolical lack of awareness or any care for customer satisfaction I have lost all trust in the Porsche brand- hugely dis appointed Dr Andrew McLean

Poor Quality

As a longtime Porsche owner (I drive a Python Green Boxster), I have always admired the Porsche brand for its quality and design standards. That is why I was genuinely excited when my wife gave me a Porsche Design green hoodie for Christmas — a piece I had admired for quite some time.

Unfortunately, when I wore the hoodie for the first time several weeks later (after my wife and I were both recovering from COVID), I discovered that the zipper would not catch, making it impossible to properly wear. The product appeared to be defective.

I contacted customer service seeking an exchange for the same hoodie with a functioning zipper. I was not requesting a refund, as I truly like the item. However, I was told that returns are not accepted after 30 days. Despite explaining the circumstances and the defective zipper, I received repeated references to company policy, and eventually my emails went unanswered.

I continue to appreciate the Porsche brand, but I was disappointed that no accommodation was made for what was clearly a defective product. At $245, I expected both premium quality and responsive customer support.

Nearly a year after buying a Porsche…never buy Porsche Design merchandise

Nearly a year after buying a Porsche design suitcase it no longer works. The zip is faulty and so I got in touch to ask for a replacement. I was asked to send photographs which I did and this was accepted. A month on and after several chaser calls and emails I am still waiting for the return labels. The people I speak to are so unhelpful and not willing to help. Apparently they have no one to refer my complaint to and cannot do anything to expedite getting the return label sent to me.

Porche knives crack / break and they don't care

I was given a set of knives by Porsche Designs as a gift. One of them has cracked without anything happening to the knife. When I contacted their customer service team they said that because I didn't buy the knives from them or have a receipt they wouldn't do anything. That's a gift worth £150 that is faulty that they won't sort out. Absolutely abhorent code of conduct. No responsibility or duty of care to their products or quality control. DO NOT BUY!

Ordered a keyring as a gift

Ordered a keyring as a gift. They purport to provide speedy delivery. A week later I emailed to ask if it had been processed/despatched. The response, 8 hours later, was an email showing it had just been despatched - DHL Economy. I did expect better of them. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I know my experience is nothing compared to what some have had. It hasn't arrived yet though......

Awful customer service, impossible to return

Purchased an item, tried to exchange. They said to return the item and reorder. I sent back the item in the same condition as it was sent to me, two weeks later, I receive the same shirt inside out with stains and another shirt that we never ordered, also with stains. This was clearly not my order. They said this was the condition the shirt was sent back and they couldn't process a refund. Hasn't responded to my follow up emails in weeks.

10 weeks and no merch:(

I placed an order 3.30.25 over $200 and have received nothing after 10 weeks. I've emailed them several times without any response. The text on the site has many typos so is this a phish scam?

Cheap quality for premium price

Bought a ca. 500 EUR suitecase, which looked great. After the first trip (flight, checked-in luggage), noticed strange "folds" and bumps on the plastic - prompting plastic is not really robust.
After 3(!) flight trips with checked-in luggage, the plastic of the suitecase broke, making it unusable.
Returned back via vendor, who looked at the pictures and videos of damage I sent them first.
After that the vendor sent the suitecase to the manufacturer (Brics), who sent it back unrepaired with some explanation that the damage is not due to a defect.
Well, this has been clear to me - but I would expect that a suitecase for 500 EUR has a quality that can hold more than three flights.
No experiments with shiny names (and cheap content) anymore.

HUGE SCAM!!

HUGE SCAM!!! Do not even think of buying anything from this website. Payment was made 5 days and still getting email indicating the payment didn't go through and to pay again.

Absolute joke

After reading the embarrassing amount of negative reviews, i thought i might try my chances with Porsche Design… Don’t bother!!
Trying to return items is an absolute nightmare.

I emailed and emailed to request a return label and i was completely ignored.
I then took it up with PayPal and Porsche Design left it until the very last day to respond.

They provided a return address and i had a few days to ship the item back to them.
Cost of £139!!!

I then discovered that returns should be free, had they supplied me with a return label (not a return address)

But Porsche Design are insisting this is my own fault for not following their return procedure!?!?

Seriously Porsche Design?
Please tell me how i can follow a procedure when you don’t respond, don’t send a return label and instead send me an address to send it to???

AVOID PORSCHE DESIGN.

AVOID PORSCHE DESIGN.
Returns process is painful. They seem to talk a good talk but when it comes to actually sorting stuff out forget it.
THEY LIE.
I got stung £68 customs charge. Contacted Porsche Design and was my stuff had been released from customs an there would be nothing to pay. They lied. After leaving it as long as possible to the point of HMRC threatening legal action I had to pay. I just kept getting fobbed off. I Still haven't heard anything.

BEWARE: Returns process is terrible

Trying to return an item for a week now. I have written three times and not received the returns label. I Just get an email with a link to request a return label. It takes over 24 hours for them to even respond. Will never buy from them again.

Online order - received empty carton!

I placed an online order for an Active Driving Blazer with express delivery (48h) to an address in Germany. A week later (!) an empty carton arrived. The carton was intact and sealed on arrival, so the article couldn’t have been removed in transit. I alerted Porsche Design, provided photos. 3 weeks have gone by, and so far I’ve received only an automatically generated email. I am frankly astounded by the disappointing experience.

Brand Damage or how the official store ruins reputation

FINAL UPDATE: I am adding 2 Stars for Porsche Design as they did what a normal company should do in such cases. They Apologized, explaining that they moved to another platform and switched to another Logistics Partner, and sent a valuable Gift. Hope they will contnue to improve the Customer Service Experience.
MAJOR UPDATE: I received the item the next day the chargeback was initiated. The Phone was delivered by another Courier Service.
UPDATE: 1 month since the date of my purchase. The item is still not even shipped. I requested a FULL REFUND, but they ignore my request. BEWARE.

Long story short, I placed my order on 3rd of August, today is already 21st of August, and my order has not been shipped yet. The biggest problem is that the product I bought was meant for a gift to be presented on 20th on August. I thought that 2,5 WEEKS is more than enough for a product to be delivered within EU. Especially, as they claim that Standard Shipping with them takes 3-5 business days. They ignore emails, and if it was not an official store, I would think this is a SCAM. The amount of my purchase is EUR 1899, so this could be quite a big loss.
After the first week of silence I sent a couple of emails to clarify the status of my order, and they did send me a DHL tracking number next week, but it is not working up to this date, because there is nothing to be shipped. I think that they just do not have most of the products in stock.
The funds were credited from my card on 3rd of August and released to them on 7th of August.

To summarize: I am out of EUR 1899 on my account, I did not have a present and had to spend extra money on another one, I do not know if they are going to ship my order after all as they ignore my emails.

To my mind, this website totally ruins reputation of Porsche. I do not understand how they allow them to operate and treat customers like that. Such a shame.

Disappointing example of customer service

Having bought a pair of sunglasses at full list price from the website, I was disappointed that the inner part of the case detached after just a few days. These things happen but the response from customer service was disappointing, having to ship the empty and broken case back to Germany before a replacement could be sent (despite sending a photos over email).
Let's apply common sense and put customer loyalty first, over a friction filled and expensive returns process.

DO NOT BUY FROM PORSCHE DESIGN ONLINE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If only I had checked the reviews on trust pilot first as many of them reflect my experience. I did not check with trust pilot as I have a porsche tacan purchased from a main uk dealer and they have been very good and just assumed the online shop would provide the high levels of service expected from porsche. How wrong was I and a big mistake my part. The porsche online shop is nothing to do with the UK. Its in germany so if you order any clothing and its the wrong size you have to return to germany. The return process is an absolute nightmare - it took me about 2 hours to fill in all the customs paperwork required, get proformas from porsche etc. but i persevered as the jacket i got was the wrong size and quite frankly quality was poor. I heard nothing for 4 weeks then ( and you won't believe this) the box i sent off landed back on my door step. No email, no explanation, nothing. Ive emailed porsche 4 times now and got no response. i have chased my refund - nothing. its like they don't exist. Never, never , never shall i buy from porsche online again. absolute joke of a company. will keep you all posted as things develop if they develop, but as of right now they owe me £269 for over a month

Ordered some valve caps more than 3 weeks ago, DHL shipment details showed they haven’t received the item yet, wrote number of emails to Porsche no replies, phone calls no answered !! I will not buy from them again
