Shirt and cap: no drama good value

The dispatch time was over a week
The dispatch time was over a week, in fact I had to email them and got a short, no explanation, “it was sent this morning “ reply. The post office didn’t receive the parcel for at least another 3 days, it was delivered within 24 hours once they received it. Also one of the T shirts was not the same cammo as in the picture I ordered from, which is not the end of the world in this case but not good. I’ve spent some good money with these people over time and won’t be giving them any more of my business. 2 stars because at least it arrived eventually and was 75% the correct order.

We state 3-5 working days for Standard Delivery. In this instance, dispatch time was not over a week. The order was dispatched on the third working day after it was placed and delivered on the 5th working day. The order was delivered less than 48 hours after you sent your email asking if it has been dispatched. Saying it then took another 3 days for the post office to receive the parcel and then another 24 hours for delivery is inaccurate and untrue. When you sent an email asking where your order was, we sent you a polite reply saying that it had already been dispatched. After reading this review and noticing you were a repeat customer I then reached out via phone to firstly find out about the possible mix up with items however I was shouted at down the phone and then hung up on. Looking at our stock systems I can't see that we sent out an incorrect item, but I guess we will never know.
