This is a great company. My dog Frank has enjoyed every single product we have purchased, with the calming dental sticks being one of his favourite. I find this company extremely reliable and always a joy to deal with. Highly recommend you give them a try - you (and your pet) won't regret it!!

I have recently switched my dog over to the pooch and mutt wet food as he wasn’t liking what I was feeding him anymore. I purchased some individual flavours which was super easy to do. As expected, he absolutely loves it and so I set up a recurring subscription service which couldn’t have been easier to set up! It means I always have the food on order and will never run out, couldn’t ask for a better suited food for him ☺️

Great delivery always speedy, never had an issue with the products. My dogs love the kibble and the wet food. All the supplements work well for our needs.
Wish they did a larger natural treat selection like pigs ears rabbits ears etc.

Totally frustrated as I have not been able to sign up and complete an order: I have tried six times now over two days using different cards and computers. Unable to find a phone number to contact customer services and no reply received to my message query.
Shame as I like their products but just can’t get in touch this company to find out what is wrong so just going to give up.

My dogs absolutely love Pooch and Mutt food. We have tried pretty much every product and they love them all. The discount and offers/promotions they run mean you can always grab a bargain. Also no matter when we order we always get next day delivery even though we don’t pay for that

Delivers really quickly, outer box can sometimes be a little damaged but nothing inside impacted

Received wrong order by mistake but all sorted within a matter of hours and correct order on its way. Quick replys to my emails and my new order packed with free treats as a sorry. Really appreciated as my doggo loves the white fish & potato wet food and it’s a perfect crude fat content for her pancreatitis.

We’ve used Pooch&Mutt since Ralph was a pup, initially starting with just their dentasticks to now using everything from treats, health & digestion food to their supplements! Their new Hemp oil is great and their Joint support is used in Ralph’s tea every night! The pumpkin treats have also gone down a treat!!!🫶🏻

I have been with pooch and mutt for many years now and have always loved the brand but since the new packaging came in and the kibble looked different our dog has been seriously unwell with it. We have spent hundreds in vet fees only to get him sorted and opened a new bag again and the issues have all returned.genuinely annoyed and gutted at this. Unfortunately won’t be back.

She guided me to resources where I could look at foods myself to know if they were suitable for my dog, and was ever so quick in responding to me.
