1/5 – Terrible Experience – My package (tracking shows it was returned to Guangzhou on June 11 due to a security check) never arrived. Despite proof, PonyBuy claims the courier "never received it" and refuses to refund or reship. No accountability, poor communication – save yourself the hassle and use a reliable forwarder. Still unresolved after 6 weeks
I have never had any problems with them, and my packages always come within 2 weeks
This might be the worst agent I've used, so long story short I got recommended this agent by a affiliated tiktok creator. Tried it and everything was fine. They had an event that if you post a video getting 1k views and 20 likes on tiktok, then you will receive a 20$ top up. I submitted my video that got over 1k views and over 20 likes, and they denied me because the data was "abnormal". I asked for proof and they stopped responding me. Contacted their customer service, and it might've been the worst service i've ever got. Very slow replys (taking days, even weeks to reply) and the support people i was talking to was very rude and just horrible in general.
My package took a couple weeks to pack after submitting, yes you heard that right a couple weeks to only PACK. And the shipping was also horribly bad, paid for a shipping line that was going to take around 7-14 days they said and the package arrived to me in 2 months. 2 MONTHS!!!
I don't recommend using ponybuy and will probably never do it, go with a different agent instead, save your time and money.
