Buying from them is no problem, it's when something goes wrong you are in trouble. They will never give you your money back or replace the item. They will ask you to send it back to the manufacturer yourself so they don't have to do anything. Take something back to the shop & they'll do the same.

The "Lady" who answered the telephone when we enquired at the shop what had happened to our pump called me an "ARSEHOLE"! That is not good for customer relations is it?

I bought a Velda Biofill XL filter system for a 25000 litre koi carp pond from pondpumpsdirect.com and it keeps the water spotless as they stated it would, this system cost me a 3rd of what everyone else quoted they were the cheapest, fastest and the after support was great.

I bought an OASE pump from pondpumps direct with a five year guarantee. After just over 3 years the pump siezed. I could not find the guarantee but could find my internet receipt. I assumed that there was no way that I was going to get it repaired or replaced, but I emailed them, sent them the old pump and they sent me out a brand new pump. Excellent service.
