Ordered a tent and stove from their…

Ordered a tent and stove from their website. Didn't realize it was actually in China (They try to act like they're in the US). Took over 30 days to arrive late. I had specifically asked them to cancel my order if they didn't have it instock and ready to ship because I was leaving on a trip. Of course they shipped it anyway and stuck me with it. The quality is pretty bad as you would expect. Definitely AVOID unless you like cheap Chinese crap.

Not accountable

The products themselves are good quality but the company are horrible to deal with. They don’t offer anything like satisfactory customer service, they don’t hold themselves accountable at all.

I’ve left reviews on their website and a Facebook page that is ran by Pomoly but if there’s anything negative they delete or decline the comments.

I was under the impression customers can leave reviews negative or positive to give other people a heads up on the quality of the goods and the level of customer service but not with this company. If everything goes smoothly from ordering to delivering and you don’t have any issues with whatever you’ve bought you’ll be happy with but if you need to contact them for something (anything), get ready for an uphill battle.

Just a little clarification after they responded, they do remove comments. Anything remotely critical gets taken down, go to their Facebook page or website and give it a go. I understand they want to defend their brand but open lies about how they handle criticism and going on the offensive seems a bit much.

Further edit, one of the reviews I left on the website has now been published. The one they allowed on was my fourth attempt, they had to allowed one I suppose….just to say they have.

Trow away 1000 dollar

Trow away 1000 dollar. I bought a tent and stove and went happy camping with my 2 little grandsons. My tent was mini, i bought a big one, but did get a small one. So we did not fit in it and the stove is way to big too. My grandsons will never go camp again and i have trown away 1000 dollar because no reaction.

Great versatile tent.

I just started getting back into camping more and wanted to get into hot tent camping but backpacking too. I'm not looking to winter camp but Spring and Fall camping. I also like to camp in the summer. The tent is lite enough for me to backpack with but i love the stove area for storage in the summer and my favorite thing is the door opening to a canopy. It makes a great little front Poarch that i can sit and enjoy some reading and coffee sitting in a foldable chair.
I have used the tent about 4 times now and it seems durable enough even in the rain. I am 6'1" so siting up in the tent can be annoying as it can really only sit in the center at the peak well. But i can lay down no problem. My only wish is that when the canopy is closed, I wish the bottom zipped up as a draft does work its way in there. I bought the Stovehut 70 2.0 version, but i could see maybe getting the ultra lite version at a later time. Unless Pomoly comes out with a curved ceiling version of this where i can have the same size canopy.

As an outdoor enthusiast, I have had the pleasure of using their gear and I must say, I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend POMOLY to anyone who loves spending time in nature. One of the standout products from POMOLY is their STOVEHUT 70 camping tent. Made from PU 70D Ripstop Polyester materials, this tent is not only incredibly lightweight but also provides excellent protection from the elements. I have used this tent on numerous camping trips and it has never let me down. I am extremely happy with my POMOLY gear and I can confidently say that it has greatly enhanced my outdoor experiences.

Hi, have a dweller wood stove, medium size for 1 year and i absolutly love it. it's in my 18 feet trailer. its beautiful, it works great, heat a lot, i use it every day in the winter. would buy again.

Shopping experience - Dweller Max 3

I not sure though if this stove carries all EU certificates but trust that US cares about their customer too. The customer service has been responsive and friendly. The order has been shipped within a few days post payment. One star deduction, because I had expected more proactive comms in regards to payment received etc. I think we are spoiled from amazon shopping experience. But Pomoly has earned my trust so far. If they would improve their reaction in case for product question even better, but still a lot room as product related question remain unanswered.

HEX Plus pass 3 months outside with flying colours

My HEX Plus Hot tent stood up to gale force winds and survived 3 months outside in the german winter. The snow storms, wind and rain didn't damage the tent at all, also there were no problems with the zippers, stove jack at all. All in all - a really good quality product that I was very well happy spending money on.

Good winter tent, however, I had to give 4 stars...

The quality of the material of the tent is the best of all tents that I've own. It is thick (a little bit on the heavy side) and the reflector works well.
However, I had to cut 1 star as for the price, it should come with thinner guy lines (had to replace them with paracord), and aluminum stakes.
Advice for those that are looking for a tent: just get a dome, stay away from cone shape as isn't much space to move inside

Regarding the problem of wind ropes, we mainly use two types of wind ropes, 2mm diameter and 3mm diameter wind ropes. The corresponding pulling forces are 1500N and 2500N respectively. It’s possible that the tent you purchased uses stronger ropes to ensure a camping experience in extreme weather.
Our current floor nails have all been updated to aluminum nails. You can contact customer service to replace the old floor nails.

Great quality products and service

2 years ago I purchased the Lone Wolf Rhombus Hammock Shelter which I absolutely love. The quality of the fabric and constriction is top notch. I recieved my shelter pretty quick and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I haven't had any issues with it yet. I went with the heavier cotton polyester blend waterproof fabric due to all the winter camping I do. It is much quieter and waterproof without the worry of an ember from the woodstove making burn holes in the fabric. I look forward to having it for years to come! I'd be happy to shop with Pomoly because I have the confidence with their products and service.

HUSSAR TENT

Great tent, excellent stove. The tents been great. The stove is everything I thought. Except for the the cheap paper case that tore up.
Customer service will be the one area I’ve had zero support from though. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with a specific question, and both times they never responded.
For me customer service is the most important part of any company’s branding. End of story. No customer representative backing their product up says volumes to me and my hard earned money.
That that reason I will not shop with Pomoly moving forward.
I’ll continue to enjoy the tent and stove for their remaining life span. But will shop with customer service based company next time.

My first release Stovehut 70 leaks during heavy rain, but 5 or 6 emails later, the lady that I emailed (Amy), just doesn't give a hoot!!!! Sad, because I saved up extra money for 3 months to buy this tent!!!
