One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had
I ordered from Pollybound, returned the items exactly as instructed, and still have not received my refund.
The amount owed is approximately £5,000.
This issue has been ongoing since September/October last year. It is now March 2026, and despite countless emails and follow-ups, my money has not been returned.
After receiving the returned products, the company:
Delayed the refund for months
Gave excuses instead of timelines
Requested unnecessary information long after the return was completed
Ignored messages for long periods
Failed to resolve the refund despite having the items back
This is not a minor delay — it involves a significant sum of money and has caused considerable stress.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering. I am still out of pocket.

Just completed the Polybound resin training and honestly couldn’t rate it higher. The product itself is top quality – really easy to work with, strong finish, and you can tell it’s built to last. The training was clear, hands-on, and covered everything from prep to final finish, which gives you proper confidence going into real jobs.

Big shout out to Ben and Brayden as well – sound lads, really helpful throughout and took the time to answer every question without rushing anything. Proper professional setup and a good atmosphere all day.

If you’re thinking about getting into resin or levelling up your skills, I’d 100% recommend Polybound. Quality product and quality people behind it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great company, My points of contact have been Jacob & Brayden, both are knowledgeable, friendly, and you can have a good laugh with them. Products are also as good as described, resin, Pebble Glue etc.

I have used Polybound since the start of introducing resin to my work, they are always helpful, great products and very good prices.

Please avoid and purchase elswhere. I gave them all the sizes of my room and the depths i needed for wetpour rubber which was 50m2 and it came to £3600 which i thought was a lot at the time but they are supposed to the professionals. I then had a local professional team in to finish the job and they used a fraction of what i purchased. Now it gets fun when you want to return it, firstly you get told the stock changes every week and they wont allow it, quote distance selling and consumer rights you then get it picked up. once it is picked up you will be ignored with no refund. i am not having to go through my bank to get £2500 back and this is since September with no resolution yet. please purchase from somewhere else its not worth the hassle,

Update 18/12/25 still no refund, just a reply on here that they have my product back.

Update 2/2/26 after providing numerous documents to my bank on 15/1/26 (images can be provided) i get a 'random' phone call saying they will refund the money, i will end the review how i started it and if you value your time please avoid and purchase elsewhere

Absolutely fantastic service from Polybound, really easy to order online then I had a call to confirm the order and the guy I spoke to Talha was incredibly helpful sending an email with full instructions and a guide to the ratios I needed to mix. When I called back as I realised I hadn’t ordered enough side strips and needed one more they wouldn’t take payment but said they would just add it to the order for free and I was only ordering 8 square metres so not even a big order. Then it was all delivered exactly where I had asked beside my parents gate. If only all companies were this helpful and easy to work with! Thanks guys for such a great service all I’ve got to do now is lay it! Nigel Thomlinson

I have Oder sample box ,and paid 165£ Oder number 625728 , my Oder never turn up , basically poly bond robed me 165£ , I tried so many timers emailed, call what’s app no one responded, I’m furious I don’t know how this business still running , I need to find out how can I claim on this company, 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I used Polybound as I wanted to lay a bathroom floor. They told me it was possible.
Very helpful from the start. Offering good advice and the best way to go about my project. They answered all my questions and sent accompanying emails.
Excellent service and I would definitely recommend.

Use Polybound a lot. Their materials are always top notch and their customer care is second to none. Whenever we order from them it is delivered the next day. Been new to resin as a material I was unsure of what I needed and how to go about it but having spoken with a gentleman by the name of Braydon I was guided knowledgeably through it and as a result I’m very happy with my little project

Great product, used pebble glue on my loose stones after my dog kept getting them everywhere, now they don’t move. Delivery came next day.

Great company! Ordered via their website on a 2 day delivery service! They gave me a call and offered installation advice. The delivery even came a day earlier! Product was fantastic and Polybound were on hand when I called just before the installation to give me advice. Even gave me an aftercare call a week after my order to see how I got on and if I needed anything else. Would definitely use again.

I ordered Pebble Glue from Polybound and couldn’t be happier with the product or the service. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was quick, and the glue itself worked exactly as described.
