Better Quality and Cheaper than Supermarket
The website was very clear describing the size of the bags and even the thickness of the material. I chose a thin one of 40 microns but when it arrived it is much thicker than the supermarket bags, you can pick up a full bag without it stretching and tearing. Remember what bin bags used to be like - these are like them The taller bags (190 cm) have enough spare at the top to fold over the sides of the bin making them much easier to use compared to the 50 l supermarket ones which aren't quite tall enough.

All round great service. Order arrived the next day but was missing an item. Contacted support and had a reply within 10 minutes with a replacement sent with no questions. Many businesses could learn from this level of customer service.

The Company had the product I wanted. when ordered it came quickly. I've used the poly tube for steaming a length of wood, and the plastic stood up well to the heat from the steam. I'm pleased with the result from order to usage. 5 stars.

Time consuming if you're not in the UK
Ordered from Ireland and the customs process was tedious and time consuming. Rather than the courier processing the import for us and just passing a payment link (as every other provider of us in the UK does) I had to fill a form post-purchase, pay by bank transfer, and the processing fee was quite high.

Great products and service!
I sampled Polybags twice and then ordered 250 large A1 (approx) size bags to protect my original paintings and allow for my art to be viewed but still protected at shows.
Both the samples I received and my larger order were both absolutely what I wanted and expected. Good communication and friendly service from the staff at Polybags. Delivery was fast and their products are great, thank you so much! I would highly recommend this company.
