Contact them when your order doesn't get shipped
I wanted to pay with SEPA direct debit (my second order with them, first one was perfect), so I ordered with a 10% discount and as nothing happened for four days, I contacted them and they said that this payment method wasn't available (Why didn't they contact me?) and I chose pay in advance. Then, they sent me the details, which was one cent more expensive than when I ordered. I then asked why that's the case and they told me that it is because of different roundings. I mean, sure, but not after this experience. They now shipped the order, but I haven't heard any apology from them, so unfortunately, that was my last order with them. In the meantime, they revamped the website which lead to the loss of the order history and the entry for the current order.
