They were able to secure me a mortgage with the best possible rates, they dealt with all documentation and also played catch up on chasing solicitors for paperwork and status updates. Heather and Nimesh were also great, i was constantly informed of any updates and they were also able to secure me good life insurance rates. Swift response to my enquiry. Gentleman listened to my needs and my concerns explained what my finances could afford. Gave me time to digest the information rang me back at a good time for myself enabling me to think with no pressure if this product is good for me. I then decided to buy the product was then put in touch with a colleague who then with easy completed application keeping me informed each step of the way. Arranged a time to ring after I had received appropriate paperwork went through question again making sure they're correct and still giving me the control. A pleasant experience even thou a difficult product. Excellent company.
