Would recommend anyone considering insuring with policy admin to seek another company to insure their mobile device and avoid policy admin.
Was told my device would be repaired or replaced. They Replaced my device however not like for like. Apparently this is not worthy of mentioning in phone calls and only in the 100s terms an conditions they send.
Incompetence started when they failed to mention this in the call, they then sent emails requesting I send the device despite tracking showing it had been delivered already. When I raised this as a concern and causing customers unnecessary stress, I was told they checked with warehouse and confirmed. it was there. This is complete lies as they only confirmed it was there when I stated in 2 emails I could see it had been signed for and then provided the tracking number for them to check this.
I have been left with a handset not matching the one I sent and basically told tough. Have paid into this policy for probably around 20 years and only used a couple of times. Extremely unhappy and upset by how dismissive this company is at my upset on receiving a product that does not match the one I assumed i was paying to cover.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!
