Excellent price and excellent customer service

I needed to make an amendment to my car insurance. Was put through to Sue, who was exceptionally helpful, & knowledgeable about a range of options. Her personality shone through and it was really easy to make the changes. Her advice on related matters was also very useful. Surely dealing with insurance should not be this fun or easy!

I spoke to Keith who was really kind and lovely. He made the experience very easy to understand and was able to answer all my questions. Absolutely fantastic guy.

Police Mutual was cheaper than my renewal quote and cheaper than my insurance last year, all for the same cover. I could have got it slightly cheaper with comparison sites but with companies I had never heard of. As a retired police officer I would expect a good service should I ever need it.

The price was much lower than the well known company I had been with. The cover was identical as far as I could see, including 60 days unoccupied to cover holidays. The quotation was easy to complete online.
A very polite gentleman called me back to confirm that I had no problems.

Fantastic service I have been with this company for over 40yrs. Kieth was brilliant, down to earth and he quoted me Happy. He searched for the best product for me and even got my monthly payments down. Why do I stay loyal here? Because of Real people to talk to who care. I will always be a customer here. Very helpful explained everything clearly

Went through my usual annual troll of comparing insurance companies. Best value for best cover etc. Got it down to 2 including police mutual. Both about the same price. I contacted them to clarify a couple of on line points and Sue Cavanan answered. Very helpful, very polite, extremely patient ( problems with reception) and humorous. Better cover and cheaper so didn't bother going back to the other company. Signed up there and then.
Was tempted to ring her back and ask for a date!

Very easy to talk to and very helpful and knowledgeable. Bit of a problem my end as my phone was a bit muffled so I had a little difficulty hearing at times but Rebecca was very patient and explained everything

I managed to get through straight away to a very helpful agent Rebecca White .The whole process was very efficient and straight forward .The e-mail conformation was sent to me within ten minutes .

I was able to speak to a real person (Keith) who answered my questions and arranged for a new policy.
