It took a while, but got things solved

First there was a delay in the shipment but I was not notified. After sending an email regarding the shipment there was a fast response that it was delayed but coming asap. It indeed arrived soon after. Cards were fine, but one card was missing. I wrote an email the same day, but no response this time. I waited about 1,5 weeks and wrote a second email. No response. Now I finally got a response to my email and the card arrived a day later. Issue solved :-)

Bad customer service

They don't reply to my emails or text messages. The customer service is really bad. It's been 3 to 4 weeks now, and I still haven't received a response. On their website, it says they strive to respond within the same day... He even tagged me under his post saying 'send a DM'. I did, but still no reply

Vervelend dat je order vertraagd is. Zoals wij ook naar alle klanten gecommuniceerd hebben per mail waren de UPC's vertraagd.

Ik heb Maandag ochtend gelijk geantwoord op je mail en je order is ondertussen onderweg.

Als er nog verdere vragen zijn kan je altijd contact met ons opnemen.
