I bought a dress from Podur to my wife as a anniversary-gift. The whole process was smooth as slik, and I received the dress much sooner than expected. The dress in itself was amazing and we are very satisfied with this company.

I have been contacting them since the past 3 weeks. Ordered a dress worth $110 that i never received. They just keep telling me that they have been following up with global e, but still no update. How many more days do i need to wait to get my refund back?

I ordered two abayas from Podur. Both great quality, however one not suit me. I requested for a refund, unfortunately misplaced my receipt with the tracking number. I emailed them, they replied very fast and were able to refund me. Customer service is great and abayas are very good quality. I definitely will be ordering from them again in the future.

I ordered a few dresses from the site and was having issues returning some of the items using their returns portal at the time. There was also a dress I paid for but didn't receive so I emailed the team about these issues, and in the beginning it did take a while for them to respond to me (I remember following up twice), but they did eventually look into the problems I was having and they gave me full refunds for the items I was having issues with. I think all in all correspondance was a bit slow in the beginning, but they resolved everything in the end and apologised for any inconveniences I experienced, so overall I'm pleased with their customer service. The dresses I decided to keep are good quality, very lovely and fit well. I will definitely buy from them again!

Zip on dress is broken, refund request ignored. quality of fabric is also very cheap - looks silky but is not. Do not buy from them

Loved their outfits, has it outfits for all occasions! I received my order a couple of days ago for a wedding & got loads of compliments! Quality is Amazing & really good. Definitely will buy again.

Ordered 2 dresses in sale and one had clearly been worn before as smelt of BO.
Emailed and were excellent, apologised and said would send another, however the size had sold out. Had to get in another size, but didn't fit, so they agreed that I could choose something else... however sales had now ended so had to pay extra and got another but this didn't fit either and they had no other sizes left. I emailed to explain and they offered to give me a full refund upon receipt of dress.
sent item back and never received my refund despite emailing... no reply no money!
Extremely disappointed.

UPDATE - since my initial review I sent a further 2 emails and finally received my refund and an apology.

Avoid this company like the plague. If you want appalling customer service when returning the goods you ordered then go ahead and order from them. I ordered a Dress from them and tried it on but was not happy with it so returned it via Royal mail next day special delivery. On 6th of July I received an email saying the item has been received but had no response after that for 2 weeks so sent an email on the 19th to chase the refund process. I got a reply from them on the 21st saying the item has marks on it and I will not get a full refund. They will minus £25 for dry cleaning. Upon checking on trust pilot I've seen them doing this multiple times to different people. So please take this into consideration if you decide you want to shop from them.

I received my dress yesterday and tried it on a couple of times more than I should have as I am in love with it!! I don't have to tailor it at all (I was concerned as it was my first time ordering and I had sized up) but it turned out to be so elegant and the dress worth my money! The bead work on the dress was great quality though the colour of the dress was darker than I thought was advertised. As it was my first time ordering from Podur, I was quite unsure with what to expect. The only downside from my experience was that I had paid for express shipping but the item was delivered a day or two later than what I had paid for. Overall I am super happy with the dress. My plan is to wear it for my friend’s wedding tomorrow and definitely re-wear for other events too!

I bought a the ivory blooms from Podur in size 54. There may have been a small error and they sent a size 56 instead. I send the customer service team and email, to which they responded within 24 hours. I felt that they resolved the issue really quickly as I was given a free return label and the correct item was sent to me less that 48 hours later. I could tell that’s the team really did try to get it to me by the date I needed (it was my graduation). I was very distressed when I first received the wrong item, but I can safely say they made me feel confident that they will get it to me in time and they did. I highly recommended podur as the quality is one of the best I’ve tried. I’ve experienced mix ups with other small businesses but it is safe to say this is the quickest a enquiry that I have raised has been resolved

So my wife ordered a number of dresses from Podur, upon arrival she tried them on as you would. Non of the dresses were to her liking so we returned all the items per instructed by Pour website on refunds. It has been over 4 weeks since we returned the items & on top of this they claim that my wife tampered the item with make up(they sent a link with the email and surprise suprise the link is non exsistent). This is pure fabrication and complete lies as my wife does not wear make up and she has a skin condition too another excuse to not refund another customer. Shoes were also purchased despite ordering the right size true to Podur style they delivered the wrong size. We have been chasing up with this too to which we were told we would be getting the right size by internal order with free express delivery before Eid and are we surprised this has yet to come. What an absolute joke of a company who feel can take people hard earned cash and not return it back once requesting a refund. This company causes distress which is not needed in this financial climate were people are living within means or ordering on the pretence that they are receiving such wonderful service. I would help people by saying don't bother with Podur as they are absolute joke with an appalling customer service who always say they are looking into it my newborn baby probably would be more quicker to respond to emails or DM's of refund then this disgusting company.

Sorted out some issues that I had very kindly and quickly.

It's been three months since I sent my package back for a refund of £70. Company is YET to issue me a refund. I've been trying to contact them back and forth via email to where I stopped receiving replies, I tried through insta messages and the only way I could get them to reply is by commenting on their posts to grab their attention. I still haven't received by refund till this day. My friend has also had issues with this company. It's become very frustrating. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. Please think twice before purchasing from them. Not worth the headache.

I ordered a dress from this site and needed to exchange it due to it being the wring size. I was told to return the dress to them within 3 days otherwise they wouldn't exchange it for me so I did and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the exchange. The team keep saying the same thing "that they will look into it " but no product has been dispatched to me. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT PURCHASE.

don't ever purchase from this company they are a scam and do not deliver, they steal your money and customer service does not exist

Woow can I just say I’ve received the ice blooms abaya in blue and I’m in love! I’ve ordered from you previously before and have always been fond of your products! I’ve also ordered the scarfs which are great quality. I always receive so many compliments when wearing your clothing! Also the delivery was so quick! Keep up the great work guys!
