Hi guys just wanted to let everyone…

Hi guys just wanted to let everyone know 24/06/25 pockit restricted my account sent all documents they requested literally 20 mins ago they gave access to my funds again but tried to transfer my money back to my Monzo and delete my pockit but as soon as I tried to transfer it they immediately blocked access and restricted my account again. And making me submit the documents then I previously sent from the bottom of my heart I can promise you all that they are indeed scammers and don't want you having your money back I wish I could give a -10 rating now I have no option but to contact police because this is definitely fraud I have all bank statements proof of funds and receipts and message emails I have sent to pockit has anyone else experienced this? I have no problem to name and shame this company and I will keep doing it until I have my money back I feel maybe I should take this to the newspapers that's probably the only way the will reach out to you and actually help sort my situation out
I came to the conclusion maybe if they sort my account out and they finally send me my pockit card out I'll try that and see if I can withdraw funds from an atm until then I'll keep updating this review and let use know how I get on and if the situation gets sorted

Fast money transactions

Fast money transactions. Both transferring and receiving.
However, am not comfortable with the charges . Prompt notification alert on my account transactions is very good.

User Experience

User Experience, services everything is very good just one think related to payments is not good like everytime if you want to do any transaction or transfer money to another bank account so Pockit wants the details of the person whom you send the money such as name and date of birth. This is little bit issue I face but maybe Pockit should work it on future.

Just wanted to make everyone aware that pockit is indeed a scam opened a brand new account for emergency use only and immediately got restricted from transferring or withdrawing my money sent numerous emails and got the same response every time this is the message that kept getting repeated Hi,

But the thing is if you go to linkedin there is literally only 20 employees apparently but when you click on profiles who claim to be from pockit are all fake profiles little bit odd I'm my eyes I emailed the CEO and couple of other people who claim to work there I'll update this review if I get a genuine reply

UPDATE!
today 28/05/26 at 11.25am they gave me access to my funds again but as soon as I tried to transfer it back to my Monzo account they restricted it again immediately and asking me to send the documents that I sent to them 4 days ago like if this isn't a scam then I couldn't tell you what is absolutely horrendous company be sure to check the newspapers soon because that's how far I'm taking this I've been I'm contact with financial ombudsman and they requested that I sent a formal complaint all is done and now they have 15 days to respond but they have no legit workers just bots so we will see how long that takes
