Ho ordinato 2 pneumatici invernali il 28/12/2019, sollecitati il 23 gennaio 2020 MAI consegnati fino ad oggi (07/01/2021) ora procederò ad inviare un'email con richiesta di rimborso con la flebile speranza di ottenere lo stesso. Un modi di operare per nulla professionale ed il fatto stesso che si possano contattare soltanto via email è indice di poca attenzione verso il cliente. Esperienza finora totalmente negativa.
I ordere 2 winter tyres on the 28th of December 2019. I sent an email to ask for the delivery on the 23rd of January 2020. Till today (7th January 2021) NEVER delivered. I will now send an email with a reimursement request, hoping to see the money some day. The way they handle the business is totally unprofessional and the fact that you can get in touch with them only via email is a sign that they do not care about the clients. A very bad experience till today.
I got my money back finally. I order tyres one year ago and finally I was able to get the money back. If you paid with CREDIT/debit card open a card dispute and you might be able to get your money back as I did. Good luck!

Go shopping elsewhere ..... there are still correct people. its over 1 month i ask to cancel the order and pretend to be refunded. They only find some excuses and didnt refund anything . I constantly ask to tell me a precise date but they constantly avoid the question. This problem apart they are always on "high seasons" and "a lot of order in process", out of 3 purchase from them (this included) 2 order where at least 2 weeks later, and one never arrived with almost 1 month of wait.
I’ve ordered the tires on the 01/11/19, on the 11/12/19 I was still waiting for the order ( n 100211658 ) to be shipped, with no confirmation it will be done the following days. I’ve decided to cancel it, I should have had the refund after max 14 days, but till today 15/01/2020 I’m still waiting for it. I’ve tried to contact them but no one is replying to my emails Now I believe this website is a scam , they’ll never send the tires, just take your money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PNEUMATICONE!!!! If you had the same experience go to the authorities and report everting, like I did.
I’ve to update my feedback, as I’ve finally received a full refund on the 31st of January, like the company promised me on the middle of January, with an email explaining the issues they had in the end of 2019. After the email I was still skeptic, but they kept the word.

Le comunichiamo che abbiamo risolto il problema: abbiamo spedito la gomma corretta e ritireremo quella sbagliata tra domani e lunedí.
