Unprofessional and incompetent
I’ve never experienced such level of unprofessionalism in my whole life; PMV booked me on the wrong apartment for water and gas supply; I have been paying somebody else’s invoices for more than 2 years (the energy provider there does not give any invoice because nothing is automated and there are no individual meters). I was then getting several payment reminders from PMV despite the fact I was providing them each time with payment confirmations (direct SEPA payment from my account each month); they do not care about the emails and various evidence you send them (they simply do not read them); then even decided to launch a legal procedure against me, which they of course lost.
Of course, no one picks up the phone or writes an email to apologize for the problems caused, even worse, they dared to ask me to pay for their lawyer fees and decided not to completely adjust my entry dates in the apartment in their system!
If by any bad luck you end-up renting or buying a property managed by PMV, make sure you have a good lawyer because you will very likely need it; you will be dealing with a borderline criminal organization.
