Shady and aggressive
Shady business tactics and aggressive, pushy teen salesmen claiming to be 30 don't stop harassing the businesses on their lead sheet.
Just look for banks for lending do not use a loan broker
Was told we were approved for a term loan that can fix our high debt payments we are in but will only give it to me if i accept a scam MCA. Caught me totally off guard the guy seemed like a good person then does that. They just want to make money they could care less about the health of your business they will watch it burn to the ground if it means they can get paid. That's what happens when you're a loan broker its essentially working for the devil you give struggling business owners scam MCA loans to go into more debt that just make their financial situation worse to ruin lives and businesses.

Received a Strong Offer - Then they Ghosted Me
Their agent called me. I could have used the funding so I was receptive and I gave him ALL of the financial paperwork that I was asked to give. Then he said I was approved for a $500,000 10yr term loan at an 11.5% rate. Then a day or two later he said he was able to get me approved for a $600,000 term loan. I was excited and spent many hours over the weekend planning on how to use those funds. Then he ghosted me. And when I finally caught up with him days after his last positive communication he said the funding was not available. It really sounds like they just have a lot of cold-callers who do not know what they are doing. They will make promises that they can not deliver on. I would avoid them.
Asking for my ein and social security number on the phone super suspicious considering they haven't even asked for a name
Got a call from this company today and was suspicious immediately asking for my social security number over the phone asking for my birthday offering funding for a business that hasn't even made any money yet asking for my ein super suspect.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. NO ETHICS. JUST PREDATORS. They did our ERC filings. One of our quarters did not get accepted by IRS. When I called to let them know they said they would be contacting IRS for conference call. Let me go 6 months without any work on their part then out of the blue they called again wanting to pick up where they dropped the ball. At that point I was so upset that I did not want anything to do with them. Very unprofessional-calling from various unknown numbers. Then, just like that threatened legal action and then just pulled their fee from our bank. Regardless of their work or lack thereof.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Our small business had a cash-flow issue. I was contacted by Joseph Heres at PMF, he offered a solution that included a short-term cash influx via MCA, which came with high daily payments. This, he assured me, would be then paid off with a longer-term loan that would consolidate all our debt into on affordable monthly payment. I moved forward on this solution. Turned out, he couldn't (or didn't try to) get the longer-term consolidation loan for me, so now I'm stuck with high daily payments on a very expensive MCA. He completely screwed our little company and will no longer respond to my attempts to reach him.

Be careful they try to do shady things and careless to help you, don’t trust them
Don't trust your information with them!
After declining their offer, they sold all my information including bank statements, tax returns and sales reports to many other lenders. We get 10s of call everyday.
Shiti company that's somehow legal.
PMF is the perfect example of John Oliver's quote: "Shiti company that's somehow legal."I was receiving texts and calls almost every other day, after a couple of weeks I decided to see what they can offer and gave them my email. When I saw the logo on their website the first thought that came up was Stratton Oakmon from the Wolf of Wall Street. Reading the reviews here I saw that I'm not the only one. all of the 5-star reviews are fake/ not from real customers. if you go on Amazon to read any reviews of a product/service I GUARANTEE you will not find any company that has only 1star and 5-star reviews!
