First time buying a luxury watch online. They made it so easy. Very professional and trustworthy.

The watch arrived within less than 24hrs (in Italy) and it is perfect, almost new.

I am very satisfied and will shop again in the future.

Item received as in pictures , fast delivery , watch checked by vendor same day when send to DHL , helpfull staff and prompt reply.

Prompt delivery within 1 day after receipt of payment. The watch looks exactly as described. Good service - trustworthy seller.

Excellent experience with Plus Watch in Italy from start to finish. It was a pleasure to do business with Alantino and Luigi, who both definitely went above and beyond throughout. Fantastic customer service. The watch itself is exactly as they described and in fabulous condition. Extra pictures of it were sent without me even asking, which was very, very much appreciated. It is a watch that is no longer in production and is already over 15 years old. I have been searching for one in this condition, with original box and papers for a while and I am so glad I waited and did business with Plus Watch. The watch was very swiftly sent to me in the UK. I highly recommend Plus Watch and I would definitely buy from them again.

I made contact with this company when I found their website. I was looking for a specific watch. I emailed them to express my interest and they responded promptly. A further email seeking some clarity on some of the details of the watch was also promptly answered, with a large quantity of photographs, which satisfied me that this was the watch I wanted.

They even made an offer, of the watch at a slightly reduced price, to include free delivery.

I emailed back to say I would like to buy the watch at the agreed price and asked them to provide details to enable me to make a bank transfer of funds.

No answer.

Twenty four hours later I again emailed, again, receiving no response.

At the time of writing this review, I still have not had any response.

I appreciate that at €2500 this watch was not one of the most expensive they had for sale and perhaps they are very busy attending to customers who want to spend more money than I was. We will never know.

I was surprised, given the great reviews on Trustpilot and Chrono24, but when you look through the reviews and read the other one star review for this company, everything becomes a little clearer.

There are a number of other sellers on the internet who carry stock of the model I wanted, but I am disappointed to have missed this particular one, because it was exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. I may just have saved myself a load of bother though!

My wife Recently bought a vintage Rolex watch (TC 3840185) for my 60th birthday and the strap broke on the first wear. Informed them but they failed to respond. Contacted them again and they responded with a total dismissal that the strap isn’t covered by their warranty despite it being a brand new Rolex strap. Very disappointing...won’t be using them again sadly
