Great service in time of need

I have been with plusheat for a good few years now and whenever I have needed them they have been quick efficient and so friendly. The two engineers that came were really polite and sorted the issues out in no time meaning my wife and daughter were only without heating for a few hours. Recommend this company without a doubt

The engineers & the Plus Heat reps were…

The engineers & the Plus Heat reps were all supportive & helpful. However, the organisation & efficiency was very poor. I had booked an annual serve early as requested & took a day off work to be told on the day that the appointment had been rescheduled. This had not been communicated. I then advised that I could not be home for the new date & I offered several alternatives but heard nothing. By shear chance, an engineer turned up without warning on an afternoon when I just happened to be at home. Plus Heat were completely unaware of this. A lot of stress. This followed a recent previous call out which was also disorganised. So, nice friendly people but poor service In afraid, recently.
