I ordered my item on Tuesday and have not received any confirmation regarding my delivery. I have emailed twice and have not had any response!

Absolutely disgusting service from this company
Absolutely disgusting customer service, I bought a pump off them the pump fail after 18 months it had a 5 year guarantee. My plumber checked it and said it was broken so needed replacing. I reordered another one from them at another £276 I also had to pay for it to be refitted. I tried to get my refund for the first one and was fobbed off at every junction. Told to send mails, sent mails no answer etc. now they are telling me after the run around of nearly a month to pay for it to be returned as this is their policy? Why would I order another pump if this one worked? I do not trust this company to be honest as I think they are totally dishonest. I would never use them again and recommend no one else does.
