It’s ok but very very expensive compared to other plumbing outlets, people may think they are good staff members but not all staff have the know all . I agree that some of the staff do have the attitude that they know it all but they certainly don’t .

Good morning Peter. We try and stock better quality products which are dearer but will last longer and save customers money in the long run. Also, being a small company, we don't have the buying power of bigger national companies and must also cover the expenses of having a physical shop compared to online-only outlets. As for our staff, none of us claim to know everything but will always try and help to the best of our ability. I am sorry you felt the need to post a negative review, we hope to do better next time.

Plumbers Mate saved me from my nightmare!!!!!!
These mates saved me from my nightmare of trying to source a pair of quality ceramic disc cartridges of a size not available on the big online sites, and at a very reasonable price. The Plumbers Mate website had pictures and dimensions of a huge variety of cartridges and mine were there. I checked out and had the usual confirmation of sale. However I then had emails soon after to tell me it was picked and packed and then soon after, that it was posted. Great communication. The postie arrived with them within 48 hrs despite Covi-19 so they did well too. It took me less than 30 mins. to fit both. I'm delighted. No drips.
