Arrogant, rude company

I visited their showroom off the A6 and the staff were having a chat amongst themselves. There were no other customers in the place.

I had to ask them for assistance and I was dealt with by a surly, rude lady who didn't seem to want to offer me any semblance of service. I asked to make an appointment and was told there would be appointments within the week. I said I'd phone from home so I could check my diary.

I then phoned up to make an appointment and was told there was no appointment for 3 weeks! I live around 10 minutes away from the showroom- I'm amazed I couldn't be fitted in. I must assume I didn't look "rich" enough. Well, I had a budge of £20,000 for my kitchen.

Absolutely terrible service and uppity staff. AVOID!

Customer service is of the utmost importance to me so I find it very disappointing to hear that you suffered an unacceptable level of service. At Plug we endeavour to greet people in a friendly and approachable manner, give client's time to wander round the showroom before discussing their project in more detail. Where possible we always try to accommodate a site survey as soon as we can for our clients, offering surveys outside of working hours also if needed.
