I wish I had checked Trust pilot before ordering

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Glamour forget it.
My first and last experience with Philipp Plein. I ordered a pair of supersonic fucsia colored sneakers and I was sent light blue instead. The color screw up happens with non-upscale companies and to be honest I am very surprised that my first experience with this company is they are unable to send the correct color. I spoke with an apologetic customer service representative who told me "no problem send the shoes back and we will refund your money when we receive them". She said to send pictures of what I received to an email link because I imagine they do not trust me, re-package the shoes and take them to UPS to be sent back to PP. I asked them to send me the correct order and the customer service representative told me "sorry this is not possible. The only option you have is send the shoes back". The sensation I have is that sending the wrong color was not an accident but a strategy to see if the angry customer which just keep what was sent to him or her.
I will send the shoes back and I will strike Philipp Plein from my list of online places to shop. Disgusting.

Great job on the new designs

Great job on the new designs. I got a pair of the P.P. Sportz tiger shoes in Vegas. Very cool. The $700 model with the scratch marks and the 3D tiger in the bottom heel. I like the paisley design, beautiful. Gangster. Reminds me of the 90's and wearing rags. Very cool. I was buying all of the $1,600 Teddy t-shirts (Glass Fibre'd to the extreme. I can blind people with those shirts) and then you come out with the paisley version. That was awesome. Nice job. I found one shirt in your new collection (main reason I am writing) I ordered it as soon as I saw it. $370 is very low. It has the new 3D spiral effect on the front and no P.P. on the back neck area. If I can make a suggestion, remove those neck P.P. things. They are too heavy and ruin the shirt by stretching out that area from the weight. Keep up the great jobs and new designs. Congrats, Designers.

Unsolicited SMS marketing

I started receiving weekly (occasionally even more frequent) SMS marketing from Philipp Plein after I shopped at another brand of them (Billionaire.com). I never opted in to any marketing and it's impossible to get this spamming stopped. They do not respect opt-outs and do not react to emails.

Never order here

Never order here. From the moment they have your data you will be inundated with spam every week, in other words no one is interested in their so-called designer clothes.
Made a purchase for my son years ago and, partly in view of the development of this brand to a Primark level, happily returned it. Who wants to identify with such a gaudy as well as raunchy line? The request to be removed from the mailing list unfortunately only leads to more spam so annoying the customer is their business model.

I contacted the Woodbury outlet in New…

I contacted the Woodbury outlet in New York and asked them to send a form so I can buy a coat and filled the info and send it back so I tried all day to call not answering my calls what kind of an experience store with a bad customer service, so I'm not sure if they got my info or didn't. I will not buy from them again

100% Honest Review

I bought 3 Philipp Plein belts. 2 from Philipp Plein and one from Plein outlet. Thankfully I sold 2 of the belts and used one. The quality is rubbish. This is a complete honest review. The belt looked really good when I just got them but started getting bad from the first day of wearing. Philipp Plein products look very good but the quality is appalling.

How to look like a ten year old.

How can anyone waste their hard earned money on this cheap garbage. Skulls like a ten year old that trying to be edgy. These pigs will never stop texting you the continuous sales of this market quality trash. Avoid. If you must waste your money on designed items go to Gucci.

I have profs about everything I will write !! Pictures and bags for the clothes I feel sorry that I was a fan of p !! I bought a T-shirt and in the website it have another look not like in the reality the quality is 40% compared to the price the most funny is the designer who was working on it cut it wrong And he sewed it up wrong only me can see this big mistake because I have it , the products are made in turkey not Italy as the said and write on the T shirt was 👎 and the The right place for it is the trash can ! I’m so upset and never again to buy from this company!!! If you want to know how to produce luxury clothes you should learn from Gucci or LV !!! If you are a brave boss contact me

Do not buy products from them!!

Do not buy products from them! I bought new shoes for 700 euros which were faulty. I made a complaint and they wrote that it is not a mistake from the production! It is a very frivolous company that cheats their customers.

Will never be purchasing again

Will never be purchasing again. Quality is complete trash. $1000 for a jacket and the zipper tweety broke after wearing it 10 times. Customer service says it is not a manufacturing issue. Lol. Clothing is garbage just like everyone else says. DO NOT BUY

Why all the bad reviews?

I ordered a Philipp Plein Hexagon belt, and after i decided to take a look at the reviews.
I saw hundreds of negative reviews saying your mail and SMS gets spammed, bad quality and so on.
This made me a little scared, but 4 days later the belt arrived even before the estimated time it was supposed to (this is in Denmark)
The quality is good, I have not received a single SMS from Plein, and the only emails I have recieved (max 3 mails) was my order confirmation, my tracking status, and when it was delivered.
Maybe the belt could have been packaged a little better, but that's all! So why all these bad reviews? Philipp Plein definitely deserves more!!!

I will never ever return

I will never ever return. Clothes have the worst quality ever. Stickers falling of without even washing the clothes. And that’s a 1000€ pair of jeans. Emblems getting rusty after 5 washes.

And the spamming! What are you guys doing?
Getting 3 sms everyday and noooo way to stop it! Fyou, seriously

Delivery good, quality questionable

delivery of shoes good quality however is questionable for the price paid. There is a serious problem with the screw in star shapes that are on the back of the shoes. I have 3 pairs now and all 3 pairs have some of the stars missing because they fall off too easily. One pair has only been worn a few times and I have just noticed a star shape missing. Unable to find anywhere where I can get replacements and certainly not confident in returning the shoes. Happy to fit the missing bits myself, just need to know where I can get them from. Also extremely annoyed that I am unable to STOP receiving these texts that they seem to enjoy sending at 3am!!! Tried to add the number and block but they keep getting through and there is no way of stopping them that I can see.

Spam, spam and spam

Tons of spam SMS every day (from Plein, Plein Outlet and Billionaire). It is not possible to unsubscribe. Additional costs for these sms when you are in roaming. Does anyone know if it is possible to sue this company for this?

I’ve honestly never been spammed to the level by a company that I have actually felt compelled to post about it! Like many I just want the text spam to STOP!!!! Isn’t it illegal to promote by text without including an option to unsubscribe??

This is has put me off this company for life now. As if anyone is gonna want to keep buying from them when their spamming is so annoying 😫
