An example of good customer service

I was pleasantly surprised by not only the online store with good prices and it's free services (free engraving, gift wrap and belt shortener), but also from the very friendly mail that followed from someone working at the store. Weird how it's little things like this that make me feel truly valued as a customer! So, thank you Vincent, for your kind email and the splendid handling of my order. You made me a very happy customer! Likely, I will find my way back to your webshop.
